Luxury room with a view!
Pros:

Great property in the city center with amazing views of the Sagrada familia and the city is an ideal place to stay while in Barcelona.

I stayed here during my visit to Barcelona in the first week of February. I did an early check in as I wanted to go to Montserrat that afternoon. My room was upgraded and IT had best view of the temple and the tower near by. Room was on the top floor and very cozy and well furnished.

Breakfast on the 2nd floor was excellent, the spread was huge and had several local dishes to try. One could order the menu as well.

Special thanks to Montse at the front desk who ensured that the room way ready and our requests were addressed.

This is a very good place and I'll definitely go back.

Great location, good rooms
Pros:

Had a great time at the hotel. It is in a great location for walking to most places but also by a train line. Has some nice restaurants close by.

Room was very modern, comfortable and clean and larger than most rooms.

Also a big thank you to Ricardo who asked if we wanted to speak Spanish or English checking in and then asked me lots of questions in Spanish which allowed me to practice more. Really appreciated, especially as so many people will respond in English in most cases.

Be careful when you reserve this jotel. Read the fine print.
Pros:

Lots of problems with the staff at reception and the manager. Expected to pay a rate and ended up paying somethinv else. They even charged my credit card without my authorization. Not even appilogized. I would be very carefull when booking this hotel.
