La situación, el desayuno, el edificio.

Cons:

Echamos de menos que tanto el recepcionista que estaba a las 12 pm de la noche del día 28 como el que estaba en recepción a las 12 am del día siguiente, nos hubieran ayudado con las 4 maletas que llevábamos.
Otro detalle negativo: las toallas del baño estaban muy muy usadas, con bordes desgastados. Sin tacto suave.
Las sábanas sin embargo eran de excelente calidad y estaban óptimas.

Fantastic city break in Lisbon
Pros:

My sister & I stayed for 3 nights in this lovely "boutique style" hotel. From the moment we stepped into the reception we were met by the friendly staff, especially Gustav who helped with our luggage and always greeted us with a friendly smile. Our room was on the 7th floor, it was spotless, had a kettle with plenty of coffee & tea and the bathroom had enough toiletries which were replenished each day together with clean towels. We could not have asked for a better location right on Avenida de Liberade within walking distance of the sightseeing bus and Rossio Square with a vast amount of cafes, restaurants and if you are a shopper a massive Zara store with other well-known international shops. We only used the bus to get from the airport & back which was so easy costing 2.30 euros and walked everywhere. We will definitely be coming back to Lisbon in the future and we cannot recommend Lisbon & The Lisboa Hotel enough, it definitely gets our 5 star review. Thanks again for making our short trip so special.
