Basically all was ok. Hotel is pretty old, but good

Cons:

Toilet made a noise in the room. The streets around the hotel are not safe for tourists. If you don't need to live in the city centre it's better to choose a hotel near Copacabana or Ipanema

Cons:

you have much better options in Rio

the rooms need a total refurbish, old furniture
the zone isn't the best in Rio, in the night dont walk
the staff completely unprepared
waiting 1 hour to make an invoice, after one hour I had to renounce. since then I keep asking for the invoice being a company travel and still no answer (almost one month)...
I probably anounce the fiscal authorities, because I don't understand how they act without the capacity to issue an invoice for their activity...

O pessoal do hotel é bacana , mas o pessoal da recepção é muito sério e sem senso de gentileza , principalmente o rapaz
Pros:

A distribuição das camas dentro do quarto, vem iluminado e sem cheiro de cigarros e produtos fortes

Cons:

A mini geladeira estava vazando água , tivemos que manter uma tapete o tempo todo no pé da geladeira.
O telefone não funcionava adequadamente , para ligar do telefone usava o do banheiro ou ficava segurando o fio na entrada da parede .
A tua demora muito para aquecer , tive que chamar a manutenção para nos ajudar a esquentar a água , o lixo do banheiro não contém tampa é meio esquisito quando vc está com um parente ou amigo no quarto.e por último é não menos estranho a roupa de cama estava rasgada .

Pros:

O hotel está localizado no centro do Rio, ao lado da candelária. Para quem precisa explorar somente essa região, como era meu caso, é perfeito. Não é recomendado andar pela noite nessa região, mas, durante o dia, não me senti inseguro. O hotel apesar de "datado" está bem preservado. O quarto era espaçoso e o chuveiro excelente. O buffet da janta é razoável, mas é caro pelo que oferece. Gostaria de destacar a porção de peixe empanado que pedi antes da janta. Realmente muito bom. O café da manhã é suficiente para começar o dia. No geral, o hotel cobra caro pelo que oferece.

Para una estadía cómoda y confortable cerca de todo en el centro.
Pros:

Todo super bien, personal atento y desayuno excelente, la comidas y cenas muy bien atendidas por el personal. Fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora para ir con la familia.

Cons:

La zona (no es culpa del hotel) no es la mejor, fuimos en auto y no la sufrimos pero se veía heavy cuando oscurecía, nada diferente a los centros de las grandes urbes mundiales.
