Room decor
Didn't like the location from the parking. It would have been nice the person at the front desk let us know how far away the room was. All they asked was did I want to change to the first floor
The price and location are the best part of staying at this hotel.
The weed smoke that permeates the entire hotel is extremely off putting. The rooms were run down with tears in the furniture and holes in the carpet. The rooms were not fully cleaned. The bathroom/tub has pubic hair in it. Cops did some kind of drug bust while we were there.
Excellent staff, great location, great ambient and very competitive pricing plus felt very safe.
Antiquated, towels are very old and seem like rags, no usb or charging for our cell phones. Lack of soundproofing with above floor.
Not much. Old facility
Charged for parking
Very quite
Close to everything
Paid parking no handicap room available
I love the location, the rooms and staff
Overall, a pleasant stay. The restaurant staff were excellent—very nice and kind people, which was truly appreciated. The reception staff, however, were not always as welcoming.
The room was adequate, spacious and has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from modernization and a general refresh.
Cleanliness was good overall; the bathroom was fine, and the 24-hour snack shop was a welcome and convenient feature.
I disliked the fact that water had to be paid for, as it is a basic necessity. This was the first time I have ever been charged for water in a hotel. In all the European and other international hotels I’ve stayed in, water has always been provided, so this felt disappointing and somewhat unreasonable.
