It was a little cold but it had a great vibe

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and the staff are very nice. I want to thank Junior and Camila who were always nice and attentive towards us at breakfast. They were always kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Thank you for a great stay.
Fantastic hotel; clean, convenient, friendly.
We loved our two night stay. We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant next door and found it super easy to move around the city. Finding the hotel was challenging for our taxi. Just remember that Zara is right below the hotel and the entrance is in the side alley.
If you like to stay on Gran Via this is a fantastic choice.
First time staying at this hotel, it is quite minimalistic and on this stay I didn’t use any of the services beside the room product.
The location is ideal - right in the heart of central Madrid. Walking distance to all of the major sites. Right on Gran Via.
The room was spotless and was well appointed. Hard to fault any thing here, the bed and pillows were perfect (for me) - all firm. The little mini bar is complimentary - nice touch. Coffee machine. I really loved the bath robes, supper comfy and more like a bath “hoody”.
The room was quiet and for being so central this was a bonus.
I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room
As I wrote to hotel management, my room layout is innapropriate. If you are washing hands, your body block access to toilet and shower. When compared to Regina or other hotels in the area, this hotel is overpriced.
Great location on Gran Via surrounded by shops and restaurants plus a comfortable 20-minute walk to most of Madrid's attractions. Clean room and friendly staff. Definitely enjoy tapas and drinks at the rooftop bar.

Brilliant place. Excellent rooms which have everything you need. Clean, not too noisy. Blackout blinds. Excellent customer service. Especially Abdullah security guy.
