Pros:

All the stuff is nice but sadly I received on my social media a hated comment from a receptionist. Very unprofessional behaviour from this woman on the reception. I guess Moroccan heritage. I do love my cappuccino and I think there's nothing wrong about it ordering a coffee from the bar if they have it. As well tipping for it and then receiving hateful personal comments is very unprofessional. If you're too lazy to make a cappuccino go and change your job.

Magnifique hôtel pour un bon séjour
Pros:

Ma chambre était incroyablement belle, tout était propre.
La déco de la chambre était tout aussi incroyable, franchement je n'ai rien à rajouter.
J'ai dormi dans un lit bien confortable, et la vue sur le jardin était vraiment magnifique.

Cons:

Très franchement je n'ai pas de remarques négatives à mettre car mon séjour c'est vraiment bien passé.
Mentions spéciales d'ailleurs aux dames de chambre qui était toutes gentilles.

Anna du petit déjeuner et Eric de la réception sont deux personnes qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnellement splendide. Personnel 10/10. Les femmes de chambre aussi très sympathiques.

Pros:

Comfortable beds, helpful staff.

Cons:

The SPA was not available and I had no information about it while booking. Dissatisfied with that because I planned to have a spa relax. Also safety in rooms - the windows are on the sidewalk level and a bit claustrophobic, window can also be open from outside.

Ich konnte das Zimmer problemlos früher beziehen. Es hat eine Tiefgarage zum Velo einstellen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Duschen in der Badewanne. Etwas hellhörig.
