Enjoyed our stay overall.
Pros:

The food was very good. Dinner in the Strawberry tree was excellent and breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The bedroom and bathroom was showing some wear and tear.

Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful. Accommodation was perfect. Spa spotless and very relaxing. Evening meal was delicious Italian restaurant and breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

The decor and comfort of the lounges.
The breakfast room was lovely and the on site restaurants were great, very well thought out and relaxing. The grounds and gardens are so pretty.
Leah, couldn't have been of any more help, she made 2 very tired travelers very comfortable, thank you.

Cons:

Didn't know about the swimming pool until I had to leave, maybe some information in the rooms would be of use.
And don't listen to a Google satnav!

The food was incredible

Cons:

It is beautiful, grounds are stunning.

Floor was dirty when we ate breakfast but to be fair, food was excellent and it is a lovely hotel. Some cleaning could be better but apart from that, excellent stay.

The best word I can use to sum up Brooklodge is "enchanting". The staff, location, rooms, everything
Pros:

The quiet and sense of peace that settles on the entire hotel was such a tonic. I did visit in late October, so that may have helped.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints.
