Everything was perfect, this place is a gem in the heart of the Wicklow. The Strawberry Tree restaurant is a must!
Pros:

Beautiful lodge in a unique location. I recommend trying the restaurant, the Strawberry Tree, we had a fabulous diner there.

The surroundings lovely pleasant staff very welcoming, spa centre very enjoyable we needed a little retreat and found it here

Very relaxed with beautiful surroundings
Pros:

Loved the many areas to relax and staff were soo friendly and helpful

Cons:

Website indicates waterside lounge is open until 8pm for food but closes at 6pm so quite restrictive as Italian was full and this had been our back up. No comms to advise to pre book Italian restaurant

Pros:

Great facilities with the pools, bars and restaurants. The whole place has been well maintained and looks great. We had two lovely big rooms side by side as requested.

Cons:

The breakfast room is not great. Its ambiance is very different to the rest of the hotel and the breakfast was dissappointing. It is made to order but did not impress. It appeared to be made at speed rather than with care.

Cons:

The sink in our bathroom did not work, we had to use the bathtub to brush our teeth and wash our hands. The room was so hot and stuffy with no air conditioning or fan.

Pros:

Les deux restaurants Strawberry and La Taverna et leur staff

Cons:

Le personnel de l’hotel (bar et reception) pas forme tres en dessous du prix.
La chambre (superior / luxury) etaot precaire. Pas de nettoyage juste le lit fait. Tres mauvaise reception et staff du bar (littéralement absent). Le petit dejeuner (breakfast) tres simple. Pas du tout de bio soit dias’t tout est bio et vient du potager mais celui-ci est en friche pour l’avoir visiter. Les chambres sont tres simples et sombres avec une pdeur de renferme. Ca ´e vait pas le prix a part ces deux restaurants quo sont top et arrangeants. Je suis intolérante au gluten et ils sont absolument pu tout decliner donc c’est top

Pros:

We love the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel . Staff are so friendly and welcoming. We’ve been there about 5 times now and have next stay booked in already for April 27 .
