Great location for travelling with Thames Clipper. Fantastic pool. Great views.
Pros:

Nice helpful and friendly staff. More then just a anonymous business hotel.
The Thames Clipper in front of Hotel is great. Relaxed trip to Westminster or Greenwich.
The Gym with infinity pool overlooking river Thames is fantastic.
Rooms towards river offer fantastic view over Thames and City of London.

Cons:

The menu at restaurant is very limited, although the food is delicious.

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had excellent leisure facilities including a well-equipped gym, indoor pool, and spa. The riverside location offers lovely views if you book a river-facing room, and the staff were generally professional and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel feels quite dated for the price, with older rooms, an outdated TV system, and limited channel options. Rooms without a river view overlook busy roads and highways, and the coffee machine was stocked mainly with decaf pods. Considering the high cost and distance from central London, it did not provide the luxury atmosphere I expected.

Pros:

Lovely large room facing the river, very quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly. The swimming pool and spa in the health club are fantastic, we could have spent far longer in there! Easy 10 minute walk to tube and next to river boat.

Cons:

This is a very fussy point but I would have really liked flannels in the bathroom.

Great location and amazing views. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms pretty basic, no iron or ironing board, only coffee no tea. Coffee not replenished on second day. Cost of room didn’t feel value for money.
