parfait agréable et reposant
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, décors cosy de l'hôtel, équipe au top et chaleureuse, un écrin dans un quartier très calme un vrai plaisir. Le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Rien à redire on reviendra avec plaisir.

Emplacement parfait en tous points pour visiter Strasbourg bien reposé.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour se balader à Strasbourg.
Parking juste à côté de l'hôtel ou possibilité de le réserver.
Très bonne pizzeria à 50 mètres (pensez à réserver car forte demande, ou emportez votre repas).
En face, un magnifique grand parc boisé d'essences rares et d'une multitude d'arbres à cigognes pour des ballades appétante ou digestives.

Cons:

Système d'ouverture de la porte vitrée de la très belle terrasse avec table et chaises un peu compliqué.

La grande gentillesse du personnel, la chambre très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée, le balcon avec la vue sur l'orangerie et le vol des cigognes si majestueuses, le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Excellent hôtel. Quartier calme, chambre propre et confortable. Nous devions avoir une chambre double mais nous avons été "surclassés" en "appartement", très grand et très bien équipé (douche + baignoire, etc).

Cons:

Rien à redire!

3 Hunde waren erlaubt. Die Orangerie ist in einer Minute erreichbar. Ein wunderschöner Park. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Kein deutsches Fernsehen vorhanden. Super Lage

Pros:

La gentillesse des femmes de ménage

Cons:

Le reste. Personnel froid, problème dans la chambre avec le balcon, froid mêmeavec le chauffage, carte magnétique qui ne fonctionne pas. Il faut aller la charger chaque jour. L'arrêt de bus à 100m est là mais les bus ne passent pas. On doit revenir en tram et c'est loin à pied. On promet un garage mais il faut qu'un se libère. On a attendu 3 jours pour en avoir 1. Les robinets de salle de bain qui sont vieux, qui bougent et paraissent sales. La literie n'est pas exceptionnelle. Le frigo ne refroidit pas, il congèle tout. Pas moyen de l'adapter à une température, pas de roulette. Et de plus si vous avez un souci, c'est pas eux qui bougent c'est vous qui devez bouger. Bref, plus jamais.

Pros:

Poziționarea a fost foarte buna pt. nevoile mele , adică aproape de forurile europene.
Mi-a plăcut dotarea chicinetei cu tot ce trebuia chiuveta, cuptor cu microunde, frigider ,etc.

Cons:

Gresia din baie era spartă fiind pusă greșit cu adeziv insuficient dedesubt .
Nu s-a făcut curat și nu s-a luat gunoiul. Nu am solicitat să se facă dar în 5 zile se putea măcar odată.

Pros:

Zona tranquila, cerca de la orangerie. Puedes aparcar en la calle.
Habitación muy grande, equipada con una pequeña cocina. Balcón.

Cons:

Instalaciones un poco antiguas. La calefacción no calentaba mucho y el colchón muy blando.
