Pros:

J'ai réservé les chambres pour mes amis pour un événement déroulé au parc de lorangerie donc c'était parfait comme distance pour eux
Les personnels étaient très sympas, compréhensibles, je recommande vivement!

Not a pleasant stay if you are a booking.com customer
Pros:

This is conveniently located to the Palais and a lovely walk to the Orangerie garden.

Cons:

I am still awaiting for an official invoice which by law the hotel should give me. They refused on the basis of being a booking.com customer which was also experiences as a client. Staff needs more education, see: https://www.cabinet-roche.com/en/invoicing-in-france/

Accueil et personnel horrible et insultant . Du jamais vu!
Cons:

Accueil catastrophique. 20 min d’attente sans personne au comptoir.
Ensuite le réceptionniste sort des toilettes en hurlant des insultes. Nous prends à partie. Continue d’insulter à voix basse. Son collègue qui était là mais ne servait à rien…ne pouvait pas donner les clés, ne pouvait pas l’appeler… mais restait là debout.
Expérience incroyable dans un établissement qui se dit 4*!
Pas d’excuses. Rien!
À telle point que nous avons pris non effets personnels pour aller dîner, tellement peu confiance!!!

Pros:

Мне понравилось абсолютно всё. И простор и уют и чистота. Очень удобное местоположение. Близко был парк, он отмечаться у меня в памяти. Обязательно вернусь.
