Location location location, decor, ensuite was insane
Staff werent overly attentive, no brown bread on breakie menu, breaksfast overall wasnt great
Lovely hospitality and a beautiful room.
Perfect location. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable bed.
We requested 2 of the same type of room. One was double the size of the other. The bed was smaller in the small room, too.
We were on the 5th floor. Definitely winded us! But the staff brought our bags up and down, which was great.
The breakfast was not quite what we had expected, but the waitresses were very nice.
The location was perfect and the room was very comfortable.
Better signposting to get to the breakfast in the basement would be helpful.
We stayed three nights at the start of our trip and found this to be an excellent base for exploring Dublin. The location is outstanding and walkable to many attractions, restaurants, and pubs. The building is beautiful, full of historic character and thoughtful design details, breakfast at Cellar 22 was delicious, and the service was exceptional from arrival onward. After a long overnight flight from the US, staff immediately helped with our luggage without us even needing to ask, which was especially appreciated since guest rooms are located on the upper floors.
Our room overlooked an interior courtyard and a neighboring building under renovation, so the view was not a highlight. The room was also on the smaller side, which is understandable in a historic city property but worth noting for travelers with large luggage or longer stays. We experienced a strong odor originating from the bathroom that lingered throughout our stay. For those concerned by other reviews mentioning the Viking Splash Tour, we found it used the area across the road as a gathering point and it was not disruptive.
Location
Shower was problematic either cold or too hot room 33.
Breakfast in Cellar 22 was very poor .
Eggs Benedict served with cold Hollandaise on poor quality crumpets.
Same crumpets used in Dolce de leche , tasted like cardboard.
Very poor coffee .
Petit hôtel de charme « luxe cosy » très confortable , emplacement exceptionnel face au parc de Saint Stephen’s Green, à proximité immédiate des rues commerçantes et du quartier de Temple bar.
Rien
Started off with our bags getting carried to our room, a complementary glass of wine was provided by the wine cellar, water and cookies were provided complementary in our room. The room was comfortable and even had Air conditioning which is rare in Ireland. Breakfast was priced and was great too.
No parking is provided but they allow you to park at a nearby hotel. They supposedly validate your parking to give you a discount but it cost us €30 for one night.
It was away from the loud sounds. So quiet and comfortable
