Please note: Bedrooms are located on the third and fourth floors. The property does have a service elevator to the rear of the building, however it services the first and second floors only.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The space alone is just lovely, but the food, staff and location make this stay a 11/10.
Pros:

Gorgeous, intimate property. Perfect location. I would not even try to look for another place to stay in Dublin. It was perfect.

The best location in Dublin
Pros:

Clean, great food and some of the best staff in Dublin.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect. The elevator did not go to the top floors but the staff helped with luggage.

Charmante guesthouse dans le centre de Dublin
Pros:

Petit hotel à taille humaine très cosy. Bien situé dans le centre de Dublin. Petit dej à la carte, très bien. La literie est bonne, les chambres décorées avec goût. Nickel pour qui ne recherche pas le standard des grandes chaînes.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur pour monter au 3e étage, un peu rude... La salle du petit dej est en sous-sol mais malgré tout agréable.

A wonderful weekend break in a great city
Pros:

Great location opposite the park which was lovely to walk around and very close to the city centre and all the attractions. Beautifully decorated and maintained and lovely breakfasts. We didn’t try the restaurant or cellar bar for an evening meal but they both looked really nice and so would definitely try them if we came again.

It was beautiful, quiet, cozy and clean with incredible hospitality from everyone that works there.
Pros:

It was a beautiful hotel and everyone there was very friendly and would do anything to make our stay better, especially Christie and Edgar. Fantastic breakfast in the cozy pub downstairs. Very high end furnishings in the rooms. The bed incredibly comfortable. All super clean.

Cons:

The stairs are a lot, but we considered them our workout. Our room on the third floor was small but lovely and quiet. I would have loved to had shelves or drawers to put clothes away.
