J5 Hotels - Port Saeed

The staff was very helpful, easy going and attentive which made my stay worthwhile.

Excellent location for transit passengers.

Being an Apartment Hotel the expectation was for the room to have all cutlery and Utensils. This was not the case.
A call to request for some was not acted upon, quite dissapointing given this used to be such a good Apartment Hotel.

Though the TV system and channels worked very well, wide variety.

The concierge team was very helpful corteous always.

Restaurant quite disappointed ordered a mixed grill, was not up to standard at all, completely overcooked and dried up.

Very nice, got upgraded to a suite

The hotel is fabulous located within 5 minutes walk of Deira City Centre Mall and the metro station is within 5 minutes walk too.

The staff are very friendly, responsive and nice and the rooms are very clean with excellent service.

The breakfast is available at property and it’s fairly good though it could do with more continental options.

Overall I loved my stay and look forward to going back soon.

Close to shopping mall and access for metro

Whenever I go Dubai I try to stay in this hotel. My first stay was in 2001. I was very impressed. The management is changed now but still service is good and staff is very friendly. Main shopping centre is only 5 minutes walk.

Good hotel facilities and friendly people. I would rate it 4-star would recommend it to others anytime.

The design of the room was perplexing. Except for the coffee machine, with one spare electrical outlet, none were visible. The spare outlet couldn't be used because it had a local 3 prong plug, and a travel adapter would not fit because the outlet had been carved into the stone fascia and blocked the adapter. I have never before seen a washer/dryer in the bathroom. This was located in front of the toilet, leaving the guest with less than 15 inches for his knees. What were they thinking?

Front desk - non-existent / non-helpful. Cleaning good, actually workers good. But reception has no role. They didn’t coordinate a washer or really anything whatsoever. Not near anything

I've only just arrive an hour ago, but received a nice welcoming reception at the front desk, some personalized service, and a slight upgrade in room. And since I arrived just after midnight, then extended my checkout time for the next morning until 1:00 p.m.. I don't see hotels offering that too often.

Very friendly hotel, close to the airport. Easy walk to metro stations to explore further. Good value for the stay.

Situation in the city,access to everything

Nice stay and the front team were greet. House keeping team do a good too. Will stay there always if in Dubai. Great location and I love it.

This is a good, clean hotel near the airport that includes a decent Italian restaurant located on the premises.
