Good rooms and superb location, not good restaurant
Pros:

Big modern clean rooms, superb location, friendly stuff on a reception

Cons:

Hotel is too small for the 5 stars, pool is small, SPA is in other hotel, but the main disappointment is the restaurant. Breakfast is not bad but monotonous and with minimal choice. As for dinner... first time in my life I was served by a drunk waiter. We waited an hour for the food, and he forgot most of the drinks. (and it was only one waiter, no alternative, he also serve a room service, if he will pick up the phone)

The only option of a good food in a walking distance is a gastro-bar nearby, if they have a places (not always).

Excelente Hotel muito bem localizado
Pros:

Localização muito boa a poucos metros da cadeira Esquirós. Hotel muito agradável com funcionários prestativos e simpáticos. O quarto era maravilhoso com uma varanda e vistas para as montanhas / pistas. Aluguer de material assim como guarda skis à porta do hotel. Adoramos e voltaremos com certeza!

Cons:

O pequeno almoço poderia melhorar com fruta mais variada e um serviço mais atento aos detalhes/reposição dos produtos.

Buen rincón para disfrutar en familia.
Pros:

el trato del personal inmejorable y la ubicación muy buena.

limpieza muy buena y desayuno bueno .

Cons:

la habitación muy justa peor que la que ya habíamos estado , radiadores eléctricos que casi no echaban calor , la temperatura no era cómoda en la habitación .

Creo que el servicio no es ni de lejos el de un hotel 5 estrellas. Alguno de los recepcionistas y la persona que te recibe en los desayunos diría que resultan hasta antipáticos. La chica de las tortillas en el desayuno, un desastre.
Al llegar a la habitación en la ducha del baño había una maquinilla de afeitar usada. No había jabón en el dosificador de la ducha y tuvimos que reclamarlo varias veces, sin que lo repusieran. Dejamos en el suelo alguna toalla para que la repusieran según el propio protocolo del hotel y nos la encontramos colgada de nuevo en los percheros. En fin, que el servicio de hotel 5 estrellas tiene poco y por el precio pagado, sinceramente ni lo recomendaría, ni volvería
