Hotel recomendable pero con mejoras en el mobiliario de la habitación
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel. La habitación amplia y cómoda. Falta un pequeño sillón de descanso. Solo hay una silla. Los baños muy bien.

Cons:

Los armarios son muy poco funcionales : sin puertas y con unos estantes que no te solucionan para nada guardar la ropa para una estancia que sobrepase un fin de semana.

La limpieza y el tamaño de la habitación, la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

La puerta no funcionaba y a pesar de nuestras quejas no lo arreglaron hasta el último día, ya que al parecer se trataba de un error del personal, la ducha se desbordaba continuamente cada vez que nos duchábamos, aunque fuese 2 minutos literalmente cosa que también avisamos y ignoraron. Del personal solo tenemos queja sobre alba concretamente que ni siquiera se digno en avisar a mantenimiento, ni en revisar las tarjetas que ella misma nos había dado, su compañero el último día se dio cuenta de que nos había sacado ella tres veces mal la tarjeta y ni siquiera lo había comprobado, el compañero muy bien, pero ella fatal, de hecho parecía que la molestábamos.

Añadir que teniendo en cuenta que es un cuatro estrellas, el hecho de que te cobren el parking 18€ al día, me parece un robo y una ridiculez, más sabiendo que en la zona se aparca fatal y está continuamente de obras. Además el espacio reservado para carga y descarga del propio hotel, algunos días está incluso ocupado por las obras no dejándote descargar tranquilamente las maletas.

Sinceramente calidad/precio no merece para nada la pena.
La moqueta de los pasillos también está de vergüenza, tenía manchas amarillentas por todo el suelo de nuestra planta.

Me gustaría poder decir que me gustó, pero sentí que podría haber ido a cualquier otro hotel y me hubiesen tratado mucho mejor e incluso hubiese estado mucho más cómodo por menos precio.

Sehe schönes Hotel in der guten Lage

Sehr komfortable Zimmer und gute Lage. Freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Wünschenswert wäre es super, eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer zu haben.
