Pros:

Hotel provided 2 bottles of complimentary water. There is coin-operated laundry on 4th floor. Parking is 600 yen per night. Room size was smaller than expected.

Cons:

The luggage rack is placed between the tv console and a side cabinet and cannot fit in a 25 inch luggage.

住起來非常舒服，房間很棒，員工英文很好，一樓還有投代幣的酒的試喝間（住宿可以有一枚代幣）。早餐超好吃。

安定した、安心できる、JALグループならではのホテル
Pros:

新しいホテルではないが、日航グループのためスタッフの教育はちゃんとなされ、接客は良かった（一人除く）
部屋も家具などの経年劣化の傷みはあるものの不潔感不快感はなかった。
清掃もきちんとされ、気持ちよく連泊出来た。
朝食バイキングは多種で豊富。ただ、コーヒーマシンはイマイチ。

Cons:

早朝など外気は牧場の臭いがかなりするためか、ロビーでアロマを焚いているが強すぎる。2台のアロマリフューザーから強力に吹き出されるためロビーに数分いるだけでキツイ。弱くするか香りを変えるべき。
ロビーに背もたれソファがなく、全くくつろげない。
カフェ、レストランの年配の男性スタッフの言動、接客、応対が雑で印象悪かった。
ツインルームだが、部屋のテレビが壁掛けで少し小さいのが残念。
