駅も近く便利で綺麗なホテルです。
Pros:

広い部屋にして頂いた事と、スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。
アメニティも揃ってますし、Refaのドライヤーが乾きが早くて助かりました。

Cons:

枕が高すぎて眠れず、部屋に同じ枕ではなく、
枕のチョイスがあれば嬉しかったです。
横向きに寝ないので、低い枕が嬉しいです。

일본호텔치고 매우 넓었습니다! 역바로앞이라 위치도 너무좋구요

소도시라 그런지 4성급호텔임에도 영어를 못하셔서 조금 불편했어요.. 숙박중에 6.1강도의 지진이 났는데 일본어로만 방송을 해주시고 영어가안되니 너무 무서웠습니다.. ㅠ

地方の北海道なので、もう少し部屋も広いのかと思ったが、都会と同じくらいで、ゆとりを感じなかった。
Pros:

朝食の白米の自動盛り付けがとても便利だった。
パンが、とても美味しかった。
取り皿の種類が多く、小皿があって便利だった。
北海道メニューのラーメンサラダが、道民以外なら珍しいと思う。
生ハム、チーズもなかなか良かった。

Cons:

博多の日航は、ウェルカムドリンクがあったが、帯広はなかったので、残念だった

コスパがよく，機会があればまた利用したい。
Pros:

朝食が美味しく、あまり混まずにバイキングの料理をよそえた。地下に駐車場があり、雨が降っていても降車や荷物下ろしが楽にできた。

Cons:

エアコンの温度管理ができてなく、少し寝苦しかった。。

ヘアドライヤーがリファでした。

Cons:

アメニティの全てが経費削減なのか安物、日航のホテルならもっとちゃんとした物揃えてほしい、歯ブラシも今はどこのホテルも良いもの置いてますよ、本当に1回だけしか使えない安物、トイレは便座クリーナーもない、さすがにウォシュレットはあるが、、、従業員はあたりさわりのない態度、決して親切とは言えない、事務的対応、評判の良かった朝食ですが、そーかなーーー、北海道の食材のわりになんだろーー、他のホテルの朝食と比べるとなんでなのかな?じゃがいもとか鮭が美味しくないんですよ、品揃えはありました。

適逢年假遇到臺灣來的櫃台服務人員讓我們一家備感溫馨，還贈與好吃的、附有年節象徵的小餅乾。當然其他的櫃台及餐廳服務人員讚!也非常親切周到，若再來，我一樣會入住該飯店!
