壁の薄さがビジネスホテルと変わらないくらいに感じました。
ルームサービスも、朝食を部屋でお願いする時は部屋に備え付けの申込用紙に手書きで記載し、それを１階のフロントまで持って行かなくてはならない環境が信じられません。
TVで申し込めたり、せめて室内の電話から申込みできる環境は欲しかったです。

また泊まりたいと思えるホテル
Pros:

今まで、国内の様々な都市の駅に隣接したホテルに泊まって来たが、ここは高級感あるホテルでとてもリラックス出来る。

S -PALと隣接していて、買い物して疲れても、ホテルが繋がっているのでとても便利。

ロビーに大きめのカフェがあり、ホテルから出ることなくお茶したりケーキを購入して部屋で食べることも出来る。


このホテルに泊まるために、また仙台に行きたい😆

Pros:

Convenient venue hotel.....same level with the exit of JR station, just 1 mins walk from JR station. Parking is also good (1500yen/day). Easy to find breakfast and dinner nearby. Shopping also easy!
