Great location- embedded in Sendai station and within minute from shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean rooms, and helpful staff. Good amenities such as a lounge with free drinks, small gym, coin laundry. I would stay here again.

壁の薄さがビジネスホテルと変わらないくらいに感じました。
ルームサービスも、朝食を部屋でお願いする時は部屋に備え付けの申込用紙に手書きで記載し、それを１階のフロントまで持って行かなくてはならない環境が信じられません。
TVで申し込めたり、せめて室内の電話から申込みできる環境は欲しかったです。

ホテル内は、静かで、ラウンジやジムを、
併設しています。
ただ、チェックアウト時、
私は、ズボンのとれたボタン付けを
していました。

縫わないと、履けない為
で、
フロントの女の方が、
時間過ぎたので、また、料金かかりますから、
と、冷たい言葉を放ち、

なので、注意して下さい

私は、別に支払っても良かったのですが、

また泊まりたいと思えるホテル
Pros:

今まで、国内の様々な都市の駅に隣接したホテルに泊まって来たが、ここは高級感あるホテルでとてもリラックス出来る。

S -PALと隣接していて、買い物して疲れても、ホテルが繋がっているのでとても便利。

ロビーに大きめのカフェがあり、ホテルから出ることなくお茶したりケーキを購入して部屋で食べることも出来る。


このホテルに泊まるために、また仙台に行きたい😆
