Pride Hotel

We spent 2 weeks here. Great location in the middle of Pune. The rooms are newly renovated, and look amazing. The staff were all very helpful. The manager Vithal was very gracious. There is a gym and pool. Though the gym flooded in the rain. The restaurant was available at all hours. Anita took us around to some local temples in a rickshaw. The door men were very careful to help my elderly parents.

Only thing is, the new floors are slippery in the bathrooms.

We stayed at Pride Premier for three nights in April 2026. I was initially considering booking another hotel when a relative recommended Pride Premier and strongly advised us to stay there for superior comfort and hospitality at a very reasonable cost. This recommendation proved to be absolutely correct.
Our experience was excellent in all respects. The food and cleanliness deserve special mention, as both were maintained to a very high standard. The room service was equally commendable. I would particularly like to acknowledge an attendant named Shubham, who was consistently prompt in attending to our requests and demonstrated a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
Overall, it was a thoroughly pleasant and memorable stay, and I would highly recommend Pride Premier to others.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the breakfast buffet to regular dining, the team was absolutely meticulous and supportive.
They went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. During the buffet, they were incredibly proactive—clearing plates quickly, keeping stations pristine, and anticipating needs before we even had to ask. During regular dining, that same high level of attentiveness was consistently on display. It is rare to find a team that balances efficiency with such warm, genuine hospitality.
A huge thank you to the management and the dining team for making our meals so effortless and enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

I had a delightful two-night stay at The Pride Hotel Pune, and the overall experience was very satisfying.

The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. The room was neat, thoughtfully arranged, and equipped with all essential amenities. The bed was cozy, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping services were prompt and maintained excellent cleanliness standards.
The dining experience was equally enjoyable, with a breakfast selection that catered to diverse preferences. The quality of food and the courteous service enhanced the experience.
Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. I would certainly recommend The Pride Hotel Pune to anyone visiting the city and would be pleased to return in the future.

The hotel is high standard and very clean rooms and best staff . Food and choice of Breakfast is execellent. Will come back for sure. Best front office staff . And we did a Bussiness meeting in Banquet hall which was successful done and food was best . A special thanks to GR manager and GM of hotel too .

The over all atmosphere of the hotel was very clean. The rooms were also well maintained and the toilets were clean. Mr sanmar came for the house keeping and cleaned the room instantly

We were on a business trip and had a comfortable stay at Hotel Pride Pune. The rooms are spacious, neat & clean with good amenities. We stayed in Delux King Room.
The housekeeping and service is very good. The Buffet Breakfast & Dinner has very good varieties and the food taste is good.
The staff at restaurant is polite, courteous and eager to serve the guests.
The ambience and vibration of the Hotel is good. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
Located in Shivaji Nagar, one may easily get cabs to commute to any part of the city. Safe for family as well.

I have been a frequent guest at this hotel, and this time my stay was for two nights. I was pleased to find clean bed sheets, which was certainly appreciated.
The Casablanca restaurant has ample staff; however, the service levels require improvement. A simple sunny-side-up omelette took nearly 10 minutes and two reminders to arrive. The team is adequately staffed but needs to improve speed and responsiveness.
The buffet on the first floor is excellent, and the service provided by Nimlesh (if I’ve got the name right) was very good.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
