I had a delightful two-night stay at The Pride Hotel Pune, and the overall experience was very satisfying.
The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to major areas in the city. The reception team was friendly and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Throughout my stay, the staff remained polite, responsive, and attentive to every need.
The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. The room was neat, thoughtfully arranged, and equipped with all essential amenities. The bed was cozy, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping services were prompt and maintained excellent cleanliness standards.
The dining experience was equally enjoyable, with a breakfast selection that catered to diverse preferences. The quality of food and the courteous service enhanced the experience.
Overall, my stay was smooth, comfortable, and relaxing. I would certainly recommend The Pride Hotel Pune to anyone visiting the city and would be pleased to return in the future.

The hotel is high standard and very clean rooms and best staff . Food and choice of Breakfast is execellent. Will come back for sure. Best front office staff . And we did a Bussiness meeting in Banquet hall which was successful done and food was best . A special thanks to GR manager and GM of hotel too .

The over all atmosphere of the hotel was very clean. The rooms were also well maintained and the toilets were clean. Mr sanmar came for the house keeping and cleaned the room instantly

We were on a business trip and had a comfortable stay at Hotel Pride Pune. The rooms are spacious, neat & clean with good amenities. We stayed in Delux King Room.
The housekeeping and service is very good. The Buffet Breakfast & Dinner has very good varieties and the food taste is good.
The staff at restaurant is polite, courteous and eager to serve the guests.
The ambience and vibration of the Hotel is good. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
Located in Shivaji Nagar, one may easily get cabs to commute to any part of the city. Safe for family as well.

Had a very good stay at Pride Pune. The staff was very helpful, up and about. A special thanks to the Housekeeping Staff and Mr Sanuar Sheikh who made an unmanageable situation easy and delivered services on time.

I have been a frequent guest at this hotel, and this time my stay was for two nights. I was pleased to find clean bed sheets, which was certainly appreciated.
The Casablanca restaurant has ample staff; however, the service levels require improvement. A simple sunny-side-up omelette took nearly 10 minutes and two reminders to arrive. The team is adequately staffed but needs to improve speed and responsiveness.
The buffet on the first floor is excellent, and the service provided by Nimlesh (if I’ve got the name right) was very good.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Pride hotel, Pune is one of the finest hotels in Pune. The rooms are recently refurbished and offer great comfort. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean.

The front office staff is very polite and helpful. Special appreciation for Mr. Varad Patwardhan from the front office for his warm and guest centric attitude. Varad paid attention to every small detail of our requirements and ensured that we had a comfortable stay at the Pride.

The F& B service is very good. There are many options for main course and the buffet breakfast has a large spread.

The housekeeping team and In room dining service is very prompt and attentive.

The staff here is very courteous. Special thanks to Varad from Front office, Rahul and Reema from F&B , and Sanjay & Prashant for their great service.

Overall a great experience for a comfortable stay in Pune.
