Good location
Bed was very soft
I loved the room and the fact that it had a patio so that you could walk straight into a lovely terrace
NA
Nice quiet location-short drive to lively Stanmore & NW London in general - Staff were friendly.
Pictures are a bit misleading- booked super deluxe room - was expecting a sofa and coffee table as per the picture but was given a room with only one arm chair and no coffee table - the room given was not the size stated as well
The views
Everything
The heritage and conservation brings an unique experience
The noise and sound travels between rooms, and if people are stood outside your room you could hear all sounds and conversations. We stayed in room
40, the room next door had people in and they were talking until 1:30am in the morning, not an issue, however we could hear everything. They smoked,
So when outside all the smoke and smell came into the room too
Everything
Nothing
It’s a beautiful building set in lovely grounds . The staff are lovely ,it’s warm ,quiet and secure .A lovely relaxed bar area for pre dinner drinks
Some areas need a little tlc .. a little more attention to detail in the rooms..ie ,curtains not connected to the rail properly.. minor details which don’t distract from the overall enjoyment
I stayed with my husband who is disabled- the staff could not have been more helpful and kind. Reception and housekeeping should be congratulated.
A lift!
Beautiful place so calm so clean , friendly people
The lunch room was lovely the staff were lovely who served dinner and breakfast
This hotel has no lift it’s purely stairs to your room if you have a lot of luggage it’s quite difficult to navigate this and it doesn’t seem like there’s anyone to actually help either so the back-and-forth to the car was quite annoying the lunch room was quite nice the price of the actual meals and the amount you get I felt but not great
Good size room
Nothing comes to mind
