Location for a work visit.
Rooms were really run down, air con not working and quite grubby. Food was terrible and staff too busy and a bit rude.
Never had such an awful dinner and breakfast. Overpriced food
Gardens really messy and dirty, this place needs a makeover
Beautiful building and location. Very convenient for traveling to wembley. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms
The only fault we could pick was there was some sort of event on in the boardroom we think that must have been above/near our room and they were quite rowdy early on, but it meant we were up in time for breakfast so not a massive issue
We liked the location.
We didn't like the room, the mattress, the empty plugged in fridge.
The soroundings looked neglected and deserted.
Noticed a few clients at the hotel who were wearing flip-flops at breakfast. We found it inappropriate.
Location, grounds, social areas and terrace were lovely but corridors and bedroom were a little shabby in places. Some fixtures and linens could do with replacing. Bedroom itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were wonderful - especially Razeman (excuse spelling) and Alexandra in the bar.
It’s a lovely place - I think perhaps the wing/room I was in just needs some updating.
The staff on the day we left 8 th July were really lovely . The main building was beautiful and the grounds were lovely . It was great to be able to park there .
The food was quite bad . I had the belated cod and it was worse than. Frozen cod I have had . I ate about 3 mouthfuls , yet when the waiter collected my plate ( which was full ) , he didn’t even ask if the food was okay !
The room we were in was dated and very tired . The basin had numerous cracks and it was very very tired . This made the hotel more 2/3 star not 4 star . Even in the main building , there were cobwebs at the windows and dead flies . We were quite disappointed.
Inside the room there was a fan . It was 32 degrees . The fan was poor and didn’t work and didn’t reach the bed . It was such a shame .
The locarion was lovely
The room needed updating and the breakfasf was awful.
the location, parking and vibes were excellent
a bit more variety on the menu for meals would have been nice
Nice place, the outside is beautiful.
The room was comfortable and spacious. Very quiet.
Staff were really friendly.
A bit generic, would have expected more for the price.
The breakfast definitely could have been better, not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.
Un manoir incroyable un cadre simplement magnifique magnifique pour un week end c’est parfait
We loved the beautiful interior of the main building as well as how friendly and helpful the staff were especially the receptionist during our check in and the bar tender that evening
We had a bad ant infestation due to being on the ground floor as well as the bathroom flooding with water. Overall there was a lot of surface damage to the walls and furniture which could use an update.
Location and the room
Lack of gym equipment
Delicious pizza, quiet room, great to be able to open windows
Broken bed! One uninterested receptionist (one was great), windows showing their age.
Lovely spacious room,comfy chairs.Very quiet
Clean bathroom.
Nice seating areas
Good breakfast
Perfect for moving to next destination
Found hair in evening meal, had to request both meals to be cooked again as expected wait was 7 mins,my husband would be sitting there watching me eat, wasn't offered both new meals, had to request it.Only given 10% off, which was not really acceptable, but did not want to make a fuss on the night.
Birthday gift to Warner Bros Studios tour with hotel stay was spoiled a little.
Bar prices a little too expensive-London prices I assume.
Lovely hotel, great location for London but still felt like the country
Nothing
The hotel is quite nice and the bed comfortable
The room was freezing cold I had to wait 3 hours to get an electric heater. Room service was super slow and the food not great. The hotel was noisy due to a wedding taking place
