Cons:

Troppi bambini chiassosi (e maleducati) hanno in parte rovinato l'atmosfera di relax che si respira nel Borgo. Suggerirei qualche rimedio alternativo: bambini sotto una certa età non ammessi, oppure ammessi solo in certe aree oppure regolamento scritto ben evidenziato agli ospiti con indicazione di comportamenti da tenere (con breve check-in di spiegazione nel momento in cui si accoglie una famiglia con bambini) oppure miniclub/animazione che si incarica di tenere occupati i bambini.

Trotz unseres Buchungsfehlers sehr kulant und freundlich. Die Hotelanlage und die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Das Restaurant bietet ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann und tollen regionalen Spezialitäten. Auch am Abend bot die Speisekarte leckere regionale Gerichte zu absolut fairen Preisen. Besonders das Personal im Restaurant war top. Freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas zugig. Aber fürs stürmische und kalte Wetter kann niemand was.
