Prima uitvalsbasis voor exploring Tuscany, despite yankee-terror

Locatie, zwembad en de ruime moderne kamer ( met AC)

Cons:

De Amerikaanse gasten en hoe het personeel daar voorrang aan gaf. Ze waren luid en hielden geen rekening met anderen, werden wel als eerste geholpen ( ws vanwege de hoge consumptie en tips)

Spazi esterni molto curati , ristorante e prima colazione TOP. Inoltre ci è stato fatto un upgrade della camera.

Cons:

La poca cura nella camera . Tende macchiate /sporche. I prodotti di cortesia in bagno se utilizzati non venivano riposizionati. Il fogliame che cadeva sulle poltroncine esterne alla camera non veniva mai tolto. All’arrivo ci hanno accompagnato in stanza ma nessuno ad esempio ci ha informato sui servizi della struttura.

Pros:

Il borgo è incantevole e ben tenuto. La camera veramente bella e pulita. La piscina molto grande e pulita con tutti i servizi per rendere piacevole il momento di relax, dal bar al bistrot e al ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Ottima la colazione, ricca e di qualità. Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto lo staff che con professionalità e molta gentilezza hanno reso il soggiorno veramente perfetto. Ciliegina sulla torta il cestino con snack e bevande al momento del check-out.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

Purtroppo quando ci sono gruppi la piscina non è il massimo per il relax, ma la struttura disponeva di un ampio parco e di angoli molto tranquilli quindi il mio soggiorno non ne ha risentito. per il resto tutto perfetto

Incrível, hotel 5 estrelas, aliás não sei pq ele não é 5 estrelas, pq merece. Se hospedar nele é uma verdadeira experiência Toscana, em meio às colunas, ao verde, a paz e beleza desse lugar. Piscina linda, restaurantes ótimo, atendimento impecável. Voltarei com ctza.

Die wunderschöne Anlage! Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück und gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft mit Lademöglichkeit. Ausserdem sehr hundefreundlich. Unser Hund hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Etwas teuer, sogar die Zimmerreinigung kostet 5 Euro extra.

Pros:

Oase van rust op het grasveld, lekker zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamer, goede airco

Cons:

Eten bij het hotel is relatief duur (prijs kwaliteit verhouding uit proportie). Locatie is wat afgelegen, waardoor restaurantjes in de buurt 15min rijden is. Maar dat weet je op nu voorhand!

la struttura è immersa nella natura, il parco è stupendo, le camere sono molto belle e curate, ma quello che fa veramente la differenza è la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale, dalla reception ai camerieri e baristi, colazione ottima.
