Nice amenities, but loud, partying tourists.
Pros:

The amenities are nice, including the large pool and the park. The service personnel was kind. The hotel employes immigrants from Africa who were super respectful and kind.

Cons:

Not for relaxing. At night its loud. Of the five nights three we were not able to sleep as on the first one there was a wedding and on another two nights drunk Americans were shouting for hours. Hotel personnel ignored it comlletely. One night from 12 to 1, the other noght from 3:30 to 4:30am… Not what i expect for more than 300 euros for a night. At the pool loud people, jumping, kids crying. BTW most of them also Americans… Looks like it is a place for partying people from the other side of the Atlantic.

Amazing hotel. One of kind.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant was amazing, breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Must importantly, the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. I had something I needed help with and the staff at reception went out of their way to assist me. I will be forever grateful.. Highly recommend.

Un giorno di relax
Pros:

Posto molto bello, abbiamo mangiato bene. Ho apprezzato molto la centrifuga a colazione. I ragazzi del bar- piscina e ristorante davvero gentili ed educati. Piscina bella e un giardino pazzesco.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Preferisco le strutture un pò più piccole ma è un gusto personale.

Pros:

La struttura è incantevole, curata in ogni dettaglio e molto pulita. Lo staff è disponibile ad accogliere ogni esigenza, sempre in modo cordiale e servizievole. Colazione eccellente e ristorante del pranzo eccezionale con scelte per ogni gusto e cura dei piatti.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor exploring Tuscany, despite yankee-terror
Pros:

Locatie, zwembad en de ruime moderne kamer ( met AC)

Cons:

De Amerikaanse gasten en hoe het personeel daar voorrang aan gaf. Ze waren luid en hielden geen rekening met anderen, werden wel als eerste geholpen ( ws vanwege de hoge consumptie en tips)

Spazi esterni molto curati , ristorante e prima colazione TOP. Inoltre ci è stato fatto un upgrade della camera.

Cons:

La poca cura nella camera . Tende macchiate /sporche. I prodotti di cortesia in bagno se utilizzati non venivano riposizionati. Il fogliame che cadeva sulle poltroncine esterne alla camera non veniva mai tolto. All’arrivo ci hanno accompagnato in stanza ma nessuno ad esempio ci ha informato sui servizi della struttura.

Pros:

Incrível, hotel 5 estrelas, aliás não sei pq ele não é 5 estrelas, pq merece. Se hospedar nele é uma verdadeira experiência Toscana, em meio às colunas, ao verde, a paz e beleza desse lugar. Piscina linda, restaurantes ótimo, atendimento impecável. Voltarei com ctza.

Die wunderschöne Anlage! Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück und gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft mit Lademöglichkeit. Ausserdem sehr hundefreundlich. Unser Hund hat sich pudelwohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Etwas teuer, sogar die Zimmerreinigung kostet 5 Euro extra.

Pros:

Il borgo è incantevole e ben tenuto. La camera veramente bella e pulita. La piscina molto grande e pulita con tutti i servizi per rendere piacevole il momento di relax, dal bar al bistrot e al ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Ottima la colazione, ricca e di qualità. Un ringraziamento particolare a tutto lo staff che con professionalità e molta gentilezza hanno reso il soggiorno veramente perfetto. Ciliegina sulla torta il cestino con snack e bevande al momento del check-out.
Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

Purtroppo quando ci sono gruppi la piscina non è il massimo per il relax, ma la struttura disponeva di un ampio parco e di angoli molto tranquilli quindi il mio soggiorno non ne ha risentito. per il resto tutto perfetto
