Die wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage ist das klare Highlight des Hotels. Dank der vielen Bäume gibt es auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehme Schattenplätze, und insgesamt herrscht eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Liegen am Pool sind sehr bequem und laden zum Verweilen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal: Vom Empfang mit Schirmen bei Regen über Restaurantempfehlungen und Reservierungen bis hin zum Gepäck- und Parkservice fühlten wir uns jederzeit willkommen. Zusätzlich haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite erhalten. Praktisch ist auch die Möglichkeit, E-Autos direkt vor Ort zu laden.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz dem hohen Niveau der Anlage. Die Zimmer im Haupthaus sind teilweise sehr hellhörig nach außen aufgrund der alten Holzfenstwr, zudem war ein deutlich hörbares Brummen der Klimaanlage nachts störend. Wir konnten aufgrund des Lärms nicht im Bett schlafen und sind aufs Sofa ausgewichen. Auch der Service im Restaurant- und Poolbereich wirkte gelegentlich langsam, obwohl Speisen und Getränke vergleichsweise teuer sind - der Aperol für 13€ stand mehr als 10 Minuten auf dem Tresen bei 33°. Das Frühstück ist solide, bietet aber wenig Besonderheiten und fällt eher typisch italienisch aus. Das Omelette und Rührei war teilweise noch sehr sehr flüssig. Die Preisgestaltung beim Laden von E-Autos war für uns nicht ausreichend transparent - kommuniziert waren 0,50€, in der App dann 0,60€ und mit Steuer dann 0,74€ inkl. Steuer. Zudem sollte man bedenken, dass die Anlage offenbar regelmäßig für Hochzeiten und größere Gruppen genutzt wird, was zeitweise zu spürbar mehr Lärm führen kann.
