Polecam, plusy ogromnie przeważają nad kilkoma niedoskonałościami
Pros:

Basen (i jego zlokalizowanie przy restauracji), obsługa, atmosfera, zadbana zieleń, śniadania.

Cons:

Bywają miejsca gdzie czystość i standard wykończenia trochę pozostawia do życzenia (jak na takie ceny)-ale w Toskanii to chyba norma. Dość wysokie ceny noclegów i dań. Przydałoby się szersze kids menu.
Parking trochę oddalony, ale można podjechać na wypakowanie pod recepcją i wrócić na teren po schodkach i przez restaurację. Przy tej cenie woda i mini bar mogłyby być bezpłatne.

Gorgeous retreat for all your senses.....
Pros:

This hotel is off the hook amazing!!! I've never stayed in a resort that provides "old world" service. The staff are highly trained and you can tell they take real pride in their job and they do their jobs so well. Our room was large and we had a really nice size terrace with full patio set and umbrella. Th bathroom was new and also very large. We loved the layout of this room. We are a family of 4 and the size was perfect. Lots of space to put your luggage, hang your clothes etc. The property itself is gorgeous. We enjoyed the two restaurants almost everyday. The pool is very large and there are plenty of lounges around the pool, and on the lawn for you to find your spot for the day or afternoon. You can essentially get food all day but you can always get a drink. They even offer specials throughout the week which is nice to mix up the food options. The food was really incredible. Like just as delicious as it was gorgeous sitting on a plate. The staff all over the resort for our entire stay was over-the-top attentive. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy thus far. They had a juicer where you can make your own juice with watermelon, apple, whatever you want, an omelette or friend egg station with a chef there ready and willing to make whatever your heart desires, not to mention they made whatever fancy cup of coffee you want on the spot that doesn't come from an automatic machine but a professional espresso machine. Seriously this was our favorite hotel hands down for both trips to Italy thus far. The location of the hotel itself it only accessible by car/taxi. We rented a car which made going to the various cities really easy. Two picturesque cities are so close. San Gimignano (great shopping and beautiful views) is only 30 mins away, Monteriggioni is just 10 mins away. Super small walled city but fun to just check out and have dinner or lunch. Lucca is about 1 hour away and so many more.

Cons:

No onsite self-service laundry. I know it's a contradiction since this is a full service resort but paying per item for a family of four is just too much money. So a self service option would be ideal. I'd like the restaurant to offer at a nightly special to add a little variation to the menu. We ate many meals here and were very satisfied but if when stayed any longer I think it would have become redundant.

Travesseiro precisa ser melhor.

Il bistrot , cucina pessima e alto prezzo. Un hamburger per bimba (senza pane , salse o condimenti ) pagato a prezzo pieno (25€). Cotoletta una suola di scarpe

Pros:

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Borgo San Luigi! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Tuscan charm. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. It’s the perfect place to relax while exploring Tuscany. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Mükemmel bir deneyim.
Pros:

Konum harika çalışanlar çok sevimli, herkes çok yardımcı. Oda rahat olanaklar süper, tesis çok büyük ve yemyeşil. Yemekler harika ötesi. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz. Giderken yolluk bile hazırlamışlar sağolsunlar.

Pros:

A beautiful and spacious resort with plenty of room, so we enjoyed a great deal of privacy. The food was excellent, especially the dinners, and the wine was outstanding. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to children.

The large swimming pool was fantastic, and we often had it almost entirely to ourselves. The location is perfect for exploring the area, with many beautiful towns just a 20–30 minute drive away.

We highly recommend this resort
