Pros:

Очень красивый отель , комфорт и дизайн соответствует описанию Grand Hotel. Персонал помогал, и по нашей просьбе организовал разделение одеял, постели для более комфортного засыпания. Полотенца, халаты, тапочки, косметика в номере все на высшем уровне. Хамам в спа зоне был нам доступен по номеру мы посетили , отдохнули. Все отлично , спасибо персоналу!

Schönes traditionelles Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof, schönes Hotel, bequeme Zimmer

Cons:

Unsere Kreditkarte wurde unrechtmässig belastet, das Geld aber wieder zurückerstattet. Wir mussten es aber anfordern. Ausserdem wurden unter dem Namen des Hotels Pishing-Mails verschickt.

Pros:

Posizione ottima sopra la stazione . Spa carina, ristorante buono , personale non molto competente, e poco efficiente , tv smart bella grande ma senza collegamento internet, per un 5 stelle non me l aspettavo, costoso ma vecchio e da sistemare.

Cons:

Niente attaccapanni nella spa , orario spa troppo limitato, la tv inutilizzabile, inefficienza della reception al pagamento , cattiva gestione della risoluzione dei problemi.

Als Begleiter einer sehbeeinträchtigten Person, durften wir die hilfsbereitschaft des ganzen Personals erleben. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr gut. Vielen Dank an das Personal

Alter des Hauses und der stürmische Wind, das heisst die Fenster in unserem Zimmer waren nicht ganz dicht.

Elegante e raffinato
Pros:

Struttura elegante con interni dal fascino di altri tempi; stanza molto spaziosa.

Cons:

La mancanza di possibilità di prenotare il posto auto (che tuttavia era disponibile al mio arrivo) e la richiesta di lasciare una mancia già quantificata al momento del check out che andrebbe, secondo me, indicata al momento della prenotazione (seppur facoltativa)
