A localização em frente a estação P. Principe é excelente para quem utiliza Genova como hub de viagens para a Riviera. O hotel tem conforto (suite junior) e serviços elevados. Excelentes restaurantes e café da manhã além de looby muito agradável.

L'emplacement, le style et l'atmosphère de l'hôtel. Le toit terrasse et la vue mais quel dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bar.
Les restaurants : Acquamarina et Tratalero et le bar Royale (accueil personnalisé et prestations de qualité). Le petit-déjeuner est juste conforme à un 5 étoiles mais sans plus, pas ouah, rien d'exceptionnel. La taille, la propreté, la literie et les équipements de chambre.
Un accueil trop standardisé (hors restaurants et bar) manquant de personnalisation et manquant d'âme, dommage pour un hôtel avec un tel caractère. Des points de détails (peinture manquante ou à rafraichir, tapis avec accros. Peut-être que les suites sont mieux soignées?

The experience was quite good. The property itself was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and most aspects of the service met expectations.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing and unfortunately did not match the standard of a five-star hotel at all. The entire buffet was repeatedly empty, and the staff did not manage to refill the food in a timely manner. Basic items were missing for long periods, which made the whole experience frustrating.
Considering the price of the stay, this was really not acceptable. Breakfast is an important part of the overall experience, and in this case, it felt completely neglected. It definitely did not feel worth the money and was a major letdown.
I hope the hotel improves this aspect, as it significantly impacts an otherwise pleasant stay.
