Great Stay in Genoa
Pros:

Location and excellent customer service. Comfortable rooms and very nice breakfast. Eleanora made our trip, as well as everyone we had contact with, very nice experience.

Fabulous
Pros:

Staff were all really friendly. Went above and beyond for my son’s birthday by putting a lovey cherry pie and card in the room. Very close to the train station. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Nothing. Bar service upstairs could have been quicker but that’s if we were being very picky.

Classic Elegance and Modern Comfort in Genoa
Pros:

We stayed at a wonderfully elegant old‑style hotel that blends classic charm with beautifully maintained interiors. The main seating area and indoor bar were full of character yet pristine and inviting. The rooftop bar offered spectacular views across Genoa, and even the hot tub was kept at a perfectly comfortable temperature. The hotel’s location is excellent — close to the harbour, easy to explore the city from, and ideal for both sightseeing and relaxing.

Our room on the sixth floor was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the view over the harbour was stunning. The bathroom was equally generous in size, featuring a deep bath and a powerful shower.

Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the spa, it simply gives us a reason to return.
We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast offered a wide selection on the buffet, and dinner was served in the same beautifully decorated room — warm, stylish, and very pleasant.

The reception team were consistently friendly, helpful, and always smiling whenever we passed. Their hospitality added a lovely touch to our stay.

Overall, an elegant hotel with exceptional views, a great location, comfortable rooms, and genuinely welcoming staff.
