Excellent hotel exuding old world charm
Pros:

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time.

It looks exquisite as soon as you walk through the door and exudes old world charm. The staff are superbly professional and courteous. The food in the restaurant is top class, including a novel risotto aquamarine where the risotto rice was blue! Everything about the place is lovely.

It's also very central being on the Piazza Principe next door to the main rail station and the stand for buses to/from the airport. It's also a stop on the Hop On Hop Off City Bus Tour (if you want that)

Would I stay here again? Most definitely yes. It's superb

I love this hotel, for the last 8 years I have sometimes come to dtay. I love to enjoy evening music, spa, breakfast, and atmosphere.

Cons:

Last staying was is not pleasant as usually, only because 2 late evenings, it's was Friday and Saturday, 13 and 14 February, in a cocktail bar downstairs, time was far after 10pm to midnight instead of listening piano 🎹 my husband and I and other couple were listening cry and regular scream of two little babys, who was beetwin 9 months and 1 year old. They were there with their parents. I think it's inappropriate to be so late in a cocktail bar with babies. Not enjoyable for any guests, especially for a romantic evening of 14 February

Piccole accortezze: spazzolino e dentifricio in camera, il porta cestino sul tavolo per buttare le carte della colazione. La spa bella ma faceva freddo e le luci sono troppo forti, sarebbe meglio ambiente più caldo e luci soffuse.

Очень красивый отель , комфорт и дизайн соответствует описанию Grand Hotel. Персонал помогал, и по нашей просьбе организовал разделение одеял, постели для более комфортного засыпания. Полотенца, халаты, тапочки, косметика в номере все на высшем уровне. Хамам в спа зоне был нам доступен по номеру мы посетили , отдохнули. Все отлично , спасибо персоналу!

Schönes traditionelles Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof, schönes Hotel, bequeme Zimmer

Cons:

Unsere Kreditkarte wurde unrechtmässig belastet, das Geld aber wieder zurückerstattet. Wir mussten es aber anfordern. Ausserdem wurden unter dem Namen des Hotels Pishing-Mails verschickt.
