The best hotel in Genoa by far.
Pros:

Everything. The amazing staff, the location and facilities. The bath, rooftop jacuzzi and the bed linen!

Luxury feel
Pros:

Excellent location around a 2 minute walk from the train station, perfect for a staying to access Genoa airport. The rooms are spacious and the hotel feels luxurious; especially the rooftop restaurant and bar.

Cons:

The spa was closed due to maintenance, this was unfortunate as we were looking forward to using it during our stay. However, we did receive complimentary breakfast due to the inconvenience.

Som helhet anser vi att hotellet inte var 5-stjärnigt utan 4-stjärnigt.
Pros:

Vi tyckte mycket om rummet, men så var det en mini-svit också. Stort kassaskåp, bra minibar. Luftkonditioneringen var bra. Bra städning och byte av handdukar varje dag. Frukosten var helt okej. Hotellet tog hand om bilen för 35 Euro/dygn. Takbaren var trevlig med bra service!

Cons:

Vi bokade borde samtidigt som vi bokade rummet. Den bokningen fick vi aldrig svar på vilket var första gången någonsin som det inträffade. Det var angivet att hotellet hade en Trattoria restaurang och en bättre A la Carte restaurang, men så var inte fallet. Man skyllde på att det var semestertider, så dom hade stängt A La Carte restaurangen. Mig veterligen så är det augusti som är den stora semestermånaden i Italien. Vi tyckte inte läget var så bra som vi förväntade oss vid Piazza Principe. Hop On/Off bussen lärde oss att vi skulle nog bott på annat ställe som var mer centralt. Baren i bottenvåningen som var luftkonditionerad var stängd och man hänvisade till tak-baren som av förklarliga skäl inte var luftkonditionerad.
Ett 5-stjärningt hotell borde haft båda barerna öppna liksom båda restaurangerna.

Great Stay in Genoa

Fabulous
Pros:

Staff were all really friendly. Went above and beyond for my son’s birthday by putting a lovey cherry pie and card in the room. Very close to the train station. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Nothing. Bar service upstairs could have been quicker but that’s if we were being very picky.
