Great location, safe and clean area of Paris. Would love to return and see hotel finished.
Pros:

In a quiet area of Paris, some lovely restaurants, bars and shops near by and within walking distance to several metro stations for short trip into central Paris.
Staff extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was continental and enough choice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and recently decorated.

Cons:

Unexpected refurbishment happening across the 1st 3 floors and basement of hotel. This wasn’t mentioned when making booking although this has been going on for several months now.
It didn’t impact our stay but would have been nice to know this work was on going when making booking.

Personnel toujours aussi accueillant.

Cons:

Nous avons offert ce séjour à un couple d'amis. Nous aurions aimé être prévenus que l'hôtel était en travaux, ne serait-ce que pour en informer nos amis. Nous sommes également surpris que le coût de la prestation ne tienne pas compte des petits désagréments inévitables causés par l'importance du chantier en cours.
Nous continuerons néanmoins à fréquenter cet hôtel.

Pros:

La jeune femme de l'accueil lors de mon arrivée très sympathique

Cons:

Pas d'interrupteur dans l'entrée du coup obligée de laisser la carte ou l'enlever pour éteindre!
Pas d'ampoule dans les appliques murales donc pas de lumière tamisée non plus (mais le problème de carte n'aurait pas permis la lumière tamisée)
Mes voisins de chambre ont été très peu discrets.... à 3h du matin leur tête de lit tapant contre le mur de ma chambre. Envisager peut être de NE PAS aménager les lits CONTRE les murs de chambres voisines.

L’établissement est actuellement en rénovation, il aurait été bien de le préciser sur le descriptif. Cela rend le séjour moins agréable. (fortes odeurs de peinture dans la chambre, salle de petit déjeuner réduite)
