Consiglio la struttura, anche se non proprio economica. Oltre le aspettative per un tre stelle
Pros:

Ottima e varia la colazione, in locali confortevoli. La premura del personale alla accettazione che mi ha salvato da una severa multa per un parcheggio poco attento della mia auto. Non venite con l'auto al centro di Monaco: è un problema.

Beautiful rooms and free coffee!
Pros:

Amazing big room and bed, air con was a blessing in the heat. Everyone talks about the free tea and coffee and really it makes a big impact on the day being able to have it there - it’s great! Loved the outdoor courtyard and helpful staff.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small. It was totally fine but just a lot smaller than a lot of hotel bathrooms. The location is fine if you don’t mind a short 15 min walk to the old city - we expected it but it’s a consideration if you want to be closer.
