Front of house contact at reception on check in was excellent. Our rooms even though requested close together were somewhat further away than expected..
The guy at reception, can’t remember his name but he did everything possible to have our rooms close together which meant upgrading 1 room free of charge to accommodate our request.. Excellent service.

Pros:

Das Hotel serviert kein Frühstück. Bei der Eingangshalle steht kostenlos eine Kaffeemaschine oder Tee, sowie Äpfel zur Verfügung.
Verzichtet man auf die Zimmerreinigung, erhält man einen Wertbon über 10 Euro, den man im Hotel für Drinks u. ä. einlösen kann.

Great stay in a fabulous city!
Pros:

The hotel is situated just round the corner from the bus station which is very convenient when travelling on the Lufthansa bus from airport.
The hotel staff where extremely welcoming and we were able to get into our room at 12.30 and did not have to wait until after 3.00pm.
The room was clean and comfortable. There is a lovely courtyard at the back of the hotel where you can sit and have a drink and a chat all day and the evening. There is no bar , but there is a fridge stocked with drinks that you can take and add to your room. There is also an eco policy regarding the cleaning of the room. If you don't get the room cleaned over a short stay you get a voucher worth 10 euros put into the little bag which you hang on the outside of your door at night. You can then buy a drink with this. Its a good idea.

The breakfast is good for a 3 star hotel. the usual cereal , eggs, ham and fresh fruit and yogurt etc.

They allow you to store your bags in a room beside reception if you have a late flight and don't want to be carrying them around .

The man on reception when we arrived is a delight. He is so happy and positive and welcoming it makes you feel good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It is about 21 walk to the centre and was quiet at night.

I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

숙소는 깔끔하고 뮌헨역이랑 가까워 이동하기가 편해요
투숙객에게 여러가지를 제공하려고 하는 점과
이른 체크인이랑 친절함도 좋았어요

역 근처의 숙소라 오고가며 노숙자가 많고 어수선한 느낌이 있어요

מלון נהדר. נשמח לשוב

חדרים נעימים. פאטיו פתוח ויפה במרכז המלון. היה כיף לקחת קפה במכונת הקפה בלובי ולשבת שם ולנוח.
מיקום מצויין. 20 דקות הליכה מהמרכז.

Hôtel très agréable au coeur de la ville
Pros:

Hôtel très propre et très bien entretenu insonorisé.
Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très agréable mais qui ne parle pas l’allemand.
Dommage pour le parking qui demande un surcoût de plus de 20 euros par jour.
