Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness (rooms and bathrooms described as very clean). Overall strong positive sentiment for hygiene and housekeeping.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and attentive; several reviews commend helpful personnel. One isolated complaint about a credit-card hold at check-in, but overall service sentiment is very positive.
Location
10
Consistently highlighted as excellent and super-central (5–10 minutes to major sights, next to Grote Markt). Location is a major strength across reviews.
Room Quality
8.3
Many guests found rooms comfortable with clean bathrooms and good beds, but there are recurring minor issues: firm mattresses or only one pillow for some, limited window opening/curtain problems, occasional noise and a few reports of room not matching booking.
Amenities
8.6
Guests mention useful in-room amenities (coffee/tea, fridge), effective air conditioning for some, and a practical parking reservation system. However, parking availability and cost are inconsistent and AC sometimes not adjustable.
Value for Money
7.4
Mixed-to-negative signals: several guests found parking and breakfast expensive; one review explicitly felt the price paid was high for what was offered. Value is weaker compared with other categories.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast reviews vary: some describe a relaxed atmosphere and a very good offering, while others call the breakfast basic or limited and note it can be costly. Overall slightly above average.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall impressions are very positive (comments like 'fantastico', 'maravillosa', and multiple recommendations), with a few practical complaints but a generally strong guest experience.
