The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the room had good lighting and effective blackout curtains, which are important in the summer. Keep in mind that if your windows face the main street, you may hear the festivities below. While this didn’t disrupt our sleep, it gave us the feeling of being in the center of the city. But it is the city center which is actually very convenient. The underground parking is in 2 minutes walk.

Location was excellent, and easy access to hotel even at late hours. Car parking location, with around 32eur/night.

Great stay very close to city centre yet away from crowds, with great comfort.

Great cafes and bars are in immediate vicinity.

Great layout of a room for 3 persons, almost as like there would be two separate rooms.

Great communication with the staff.

There were tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Cons:

Only minor issue was not perfect bathroom sink drain, but the staff accepted the report and promised to address that.

Overall, we were very happy with the stay, can only recommend the hotel, and we'll definitely pick it again once we're back to Bruges.

Fabulous location, wonderful breakfast a great value hotel.
