Great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very walkable, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the hotel looks much better in the online photos than it does in reality.

Overall, I think the hotel’s three-star rating is fair. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but it didn’t live up to the expectations set by the photos.

Cons:

The rooms are very small and noticeably worn down. The breakfast area is also quite small, with a limited selection of food.

Good hotel, in an excellent location.
Pros:

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the Arc de Triomph. The breakfast was very fresh, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was brilliant in the room, and kept us nice and cool during our stay. The mini bar was well stocked, but expensive. We also had a small balcony looking out onto the street. It wasn't really big enough to stand out in, but it was s beautiful touch to have in the room, to open the doors and watch the world go by.

Cons:

The room was a little outdated and we found a number of hairs on the bed sheets that we had to clean off ourselves. When we asked for an iron and iron board we were directed to use the iron downstairs, in what can only be described as a closet adjacent to the breakfast room. There was barely enough room for the iron board let alone for anyone to stand and iron. The breakfast was basic enough, could have more on offer, but again it was lovely and fresh. The mini bar was a little expensive.

Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance of many subway stations—about a 6- to 7-minute walk—so we could get anywhere in 30 to 40 minutes at most. The room was cleaned every day, and the bed was made. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. The front desk staff were always ready to help us. We arrived at the hotel early, but they were able to store our suitcases in a designated area, so we could move around freely. There are several restaurants and cafes in the area. Overall, it was perfect for us.

Cons:

I didn't find anything to complain about.
