Rookery Hall Hotel

This hotel is really lovely, the staff were exceptional and my only negative is that I didn't get to stay longer!

This is a wonderful hotel. We had a terrible journey getting to them and phoned to say we would be delayed. When we arrived they had upgraded our room to make sure we felt cared for. Wonderful staff

Nice getaway

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were superb and a credit to the hotel! Would definitely recommend.

It was what we expected, and met our requirement for an enjoyable 'catching up' weekend in a new area.

Sorry found the pool area too hot and very noisy from the water jets on and the acoustics. It would have been nice to have an outdoor area by the pool with sun loungers.
All the staff are so polite and well-trained, and this seems to be across the group. You should all be very proud of this, and we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay for my wife’s 60th birthday. Great room, service and attention to detail. All the staff are very helpful. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant and enjoyed the fabulous spa facilities. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again

Everything was fantastic from the time I got there to the time I left the staff was wonderful and the property was scenic!

The staff could not have been better. My daughter left a gold necklace in her robe pocket at the spa and they found it and returned it. We had an early start and they provided a lovely packed breakfast. Reception staff were so kind and the check in process fluent. Parking was simple and the room beautiful. We hope to return.

The lovely Magdalena (Mags) on reception was very welcoming offering a glass of champagne whilst checking in. She upgraded our room, helped with our bags and showed us round the room. The room was beautiful with tea/coffee facilities and fresh milk in the fridge. Toiletries were very nice. The bed was huge and super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is our go to hotel when we want to relax and be spoilt. There is nothing we would change and the most important thing for us is consistency and this hotel is consistently excellent

Lovely dog friendly hotel in a beautiful setting. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Dinner and breakfast very good (eat in dog friendly area at the bar). Did not have time to use the spa and pool.
