Pros:

Wir kennen das Hotel bereits von früheren Aufenthalten. Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer war frisch renoviert und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere nächsten Berlinaufenthalte werden wir wieder im Radisson Charlottenburg verbringen.

Gute Zimmer, tolle Lage, weniger guter Service, Frühstück Basic
Pros:

Die Lage in Charlottenburg ist super. Man kann nebenan im Parkhaus parken, U-Bahn vor der Tür, S-Bahn hinter der Tür, Top Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar, genau wie Frühstücksmöglichkeiten.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und auch die Lage stört nicht, da man bei Klimaanlage und geschlossenem Fenster nichts hört.

Cons:

Frühstück für 20EUR war nicht gut. Brötchen hart, Personal schlecht gelaunt, wenn etwas leer war, musste man nachfragen. Wir waren zu 10. und baten, dass wir zusammensitzen können, wurde zugesagt, aber nicht umgesetzt. Da kann man lieber draußen frühstücken.
Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, aber keine Tische, wenn man noch ein Bier trinken möchte, besser im Späti kaufen. Ich habe dort sicher >150x zwischen 2004-2014 dort übernachtet. Es tut ein bisschen weh zu sehen, wie schlecht das Hotel heute geführt wird.

Pros:

Property is nice but there was a weird smell on the 2nd floor.

Room itself was nice.

Cons:

Staff seemed disinterested in helping us, and the front door would sometimes be locked. We tried calling up to the front desk but nobody picked up for 20 minutes.
