Very very bad experience. Budget room and facilities only. Certainly would not recommend.

Dreadful ROOM. Very cramped oppressive This room was VERY VERY small for 2 people.. . This hotel is not worth 3 stars at all! There is nowhere to hang clothes apart from few hangers provided on a small wall rack! or put anything away in drawers shelves etc Left suitcases on floor and repeatedly had to climb over them. My partner is 6ft 2in.and found it very difficult to even move around and get dressed!!. View was non existent apart from corrugated roofing full of dead branches. We booked and paid in advance online for 5 nights checked out after 2. Just could not stay here longer.NO alternative room or refund was offered.

The location is fine, right in the city centre. Travelling connection was easy. Lots of shops and other amenities are readily available.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit bigger. There was no Ward Robes in the Room, just hangers dangling on the wall. No fridge in the room, no kettle to boil water amin order to make personal tea or toffee in the room. I expected a fridge, no matter how small to be in the room. Moreover, the transferring lift was too small and can nearly accommodate two guests, no talk of their luggage.

Nous n’avons pas pu nous laver du tout, « il y a un problème de pression depuis hier, nous l’avons fait remonter ». Nous avons des vidéos du filet d’eau qui sortait dans la douche. Pratique avec un bébé de 4 mois !!! Aucune solution trouvée par le personnel et j’attends toujours une compensation.

Ibis budget mais certainement pas ibis styles !
Pros:

L’emplacement (mais pas le quartier, qui est sale et qui, à certaines heures, laisse à désirer : fumeurs de shit bien visibles et jeunes touristes importunées par de jeunes hommes) et le choix des couleurs dans la chambre et la salle à manger. Ce sont bien là les seuls points positifs de cet hôtel !

Cons:

Un personnel fort peu sympathique : les bonjours étaient quasi inexistants ou toujours à notre initiative. De même, la chambre avait la superficie d’une cage à poules, sans possibilité de ranger nos affaires. Idem pour la salle de bain : nous étions obligés d’ouvrir la porte pour pouvoir sortir de la douche tant elle était exiguë. Enfin, outre l’absence de pression dans la douche (pratique pour se laver les cheveux), nous avons subi à 2 reprises des coupures de courant dans l’hôtel sans la moindre explication ni excuse du personnel. D’ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner du 1er jour n’en a pas été un puisque nous n’avons pas eu de boissons chaudes et avons dû nous contenter des restes…toujours sans excuses, bien entendu !

Retour à minuit trente le 1er soir et hôtel fermé.
