Great location
Pros:

Beautiful and quaint location on the river. Easy walk to various restaurants and bars.

A wonderful get away
Pros:

Very comfortable room, nice amenities. Breakfast from Sweetie Pies was excellent.
Location was great for walking around Napa, and to restaurants.

Pros:

The hotel was very helpful and full of character. The location was perfect and walkable, we were able to have dinner around the area a few nights. Parking was very easy. The breakfast included was 10/10 from Sweetie Pies. Beds were cozy with all the extras available in the room.

Cons:

The garbage service was very loud in the ally in the morning.

Small, dated, not historic style as they advertised, not modern. Front desk offered zero service and attitude was rude.

Good location, easy to walk along River bank and places in downtown.

Cons:

We booked executive king suite and should equipped with fireplace. There is no fireplace. Called the front desk and left message but nobody returned the call. Went to the front desk and saw two people were laughing and chatting. Asked the clerk who checked us in. Her reply was 1) She needs to check the availability. She found out there only one left and is for handicap. We went in a low season and parking lot wasn’t many cars. 2) She also mentioned our room has a balcony. My children’s standard double room has a balcony. And anyone would rather have a fireplace or balcony during a Rainey winter stay?
