Pros:

Location is excellent, easy walk to many many great dining experiences. View over the river with the full moon rising was dramatic.

A great value and location is unbeatable.
Pros:

Perfect location! Right along the river, just a few blocks from downtown shopping, dining and The Oxbow Market.

Cons:

The shower was quite old and outdated and I couldn’t get any warm water. Had the water going for 10 minutes and still cold. This was in the Embarcadero building, maybe the other building has better utilities.

Wonderful - Don't miss this Gem
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, clean and well serviced every day. Most of the staff we spoke to were extremely helpful. The concierge, Rosie, helped us put together a perfect itinerary for us. The location was perfect - restaurants, etc. were all within a short walk of the hotel and the ambience of the downtown area was great.

Cons:

Breakfast at Sweetie Pies was great, but it didn't open until 7am which was too late for us on several days. They would not allow us to use two coupons on the previous or following days.
The ice machine was out of order and some staff were great and sent ice over to our room, other staff gave the impression that it was an imposition and that we should go and look for ice in a different building.

Location was excellent. Staff was very good and helpful. The food joints were very good.

Cons:

The toilet got clogged but housekeeping took note immediately.
