Great stay really enjoyed the weekend trip with my wife

Coffee place great.
The surroundings are awesome in the mountains fantasic views.
Room was clean and we had an upgrade when we arrived.

Cons:

Renovations on the pool were taking place.
Eating wise menus were not our taste.

The pomeroy exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to our next stay.
Pros:

The food options are amazing. The Forte restaurant was incredible for a sit down meal. The cafe and deli are great options for quick grab and go meals. The kids centre and programs are great!
The staff were so nice. The rooms are large and look better than the pictures (which is rare).

Wish the kids pool was open!

Pros:

Staff at front desk ( David) and reservation agent(Vivian)addressed a reservation issue .

Cons:

Booked reservation through booking.com. Originally booking was for Feb 18/19 . I applied to have that changed to the 25/26 . Change was accepted and acknowledged with confirmation that appeared to come from Kananaskis Mountain lodge . However when we got to the front desk , there was no reservation for us.
