View from room looked out at staff housing and broken fence and junk in alley.
also, our credit card was charged incorrectly 4 times. And these charges have been pending for 5 days now. We paid in advance 4 rm, but somehow front desk kept charging
Lots of activities, and events to do! Pool/ slides/ hot tubs are amazing for the whole family.

The surrounding area is astonishing
The front desk seemed to always have long queues, regardless of the time of the day we visited. Other people in the queues confirmed the same from their previous visits and this one.
Upon our initial check-in, we used the Bonvoy Elute queue, but it was so badly marked, other people just kept jumping in to the main part of the desk, so we actually got served slower than without trying to have our status recognised. The person checking us in barely made eye contact and just kept looking past us. She also didn’t explain the rooms location and elevators at all.
The air conditioning in the rooms was unacceptably noisy. We were not able to use it and had to sleep in sweltering heat.
the waterpark is open now, they have activities esp for the kids to enjoy.

No AC in the room. Some signs of a previous pet in the room (dog hair and stain on carpet). Plus an early morning fire alarm with no communication during/after.
