Tranquilidad, de fácil acceso, cerca de todo etc

Cons:

Estaba rota la calle, entonces el taxi desde aeroparque al hotel y viceversa, se debía buscar un poquito lejos del hotel, que si tienes muchas valijas se te complica.

La relación calidad precio y la amabilidad de todo el personal , sumado a la posibilidad de aparcar el auto con un costo diario extra

La excesiva calefacción para la época en que nos hospedamos (principios de mayo). Si bien la apagamos , igualmente es caluroso por la calefacción del resto de las habitaciones. Y el hecho que para comunicarse con recepción es solo vía WhatsApp o por un teléfono que hay en el corredor de cada piso. Las almohadas no fueron de mi agrado (muy altas )

Hotel caro para la mala experiencia que ofrecen

Hace 3 años nos quedamos en Amerian en muchas oportunidades y cada vez es más evidente la baja en la calidad y la atención. El desayuno es precario para un hotel de esta categoría, le falta variedad y el personal levanta las cosas bastante antes que termine el horario. Dejan escaso papel higiénico en el baño, pocas toallas, hay colchones que tienen los resortes rotos y el personal de la recepción no atiende nada bien. Si te toca una cochera en el 2do o 3er subsuelo tenes que subir a pie por una rampa para autos, con tus maletas. Y esta última vez nos pareció gravísimo que el personal de limpieza dijo que habíamos consumido producto del frigobar que no consumimos, la mujer de la recepción lo cobró igual, se rio diciendo que la gente se olvida lo que consume y no nos reintegraron el dinero, nos dijo que la próxima revisemos el frigobar antes de ingresar. Por el precio que cobran y la oferta que hay en Bs As, no lo volvería a elegir, la experiencia no es buena.

El desayuno muy flojo, con productos de poca calidad, el café salia frío, el lugar para desayunar es muy chico, muy encimados unos sobre otros, lo que hace dificultoso para transitar y muy ruidoso, en el lobby no hay lugares cómodos para sentarse y aguardar, en la habitación había un ruido constante, que venía del pasillo, insoportable, no hay teléfono en las habitaciones asi que para hablar a recepción debes salir al pasillo, una vez que abone solicite factura y no me la entregaron, primero una recepcionista que dio vueltas para hacerla, durante la estadía nunca estaba y luego al final tampoco me la entregaron, decían que yo hice la reserva por booking pero lo cierto que cada vez que viajo a bue os aires reservo por la misma plataforma y jamás me paso esto, un desastre mi experiencia, no volveré
