Otima localização, atendimento e café da manhã completo.
Pros:

O atendimento otimo, o café bem completo, chegamos de ultima hora pq deu errado a reserva em outro hotel, e fizeram o possivel para nos acomodar da melhor forma. A localização tambem é otima, da pra fazer varias coisas a pé e fica do lado da galerias pacifico.

Cons:

O hotel é bem moderno, o banheiro poderia ser chuveiro normal sem banheira, ficaria mais higienico. Mas não atrapalhou em nada, é somente um apontamento que deixaria o hotel ainda melhor do que já é.

Recomendable hotel en el microcentro.
Pros:

El balcon fue lo que mas me gusto en la habitacion. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero el cafe estaba frio. Y el salon desayunador es muy pequeño para la cantidad de huespedes. Fui a desayunar y tuve que volver mas tarde porque no habia lugar. Y eso que tiene un salon de eventos mas grande en el mismo Entrepiso donde esta el salon desayunador, asi que podrian solucionarlo facilmente. La ubicacion es excelente para los que llegamos en Buquebus porque esta super cerca. Y tambien esta cerca de Galerias Pacifico, asi que todo esta cerca y hay mucha oferta gastronomica por la zona.

Cons:

Como dije antes, no me gusto el cafe frio y el salon desayunador tan pequeño para la cantidad de huespedes que alberga.
