SHOCKED
Pros:

WELL WE HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES BUT THIS TIME WE WERE NOT IMPRESSED THE ROOM WAS TIRED AS WERE THE CORRIDORS I FOUND THIS STRANGE AS THE LAST TIME WE STAYED COULD NOT FAULT IT ,ALSO THE BREAKFAST THE COFFEE WAS FROM A MACHINE NOT A CAFETEIRE AS BEFORE , JUST NOT THE SAME SERVICE OR CLEANLINESS WE HAVE HAD IN THE PAST, WE PROBABLY FLOAT BACK TO THE OLD ENGLAND TRY THEIRS NOW ITS AWFUL BECAUSE IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL BUT NOT NOW DEF NOT A FOUR STAR

CLEANED UP THE ROOMS AND NOT HAVE MISMATCHED FURNITURE WE WERE ON TOP FLOOR A ROOM THAT LOOKED LIKE ALL SORTS WAS STORED IN ALL FURNITURE THAT DIDNT MATCH OR CARED ABOUTMTHE DECOR IT NEEDS PAINTED ,AND THE SERVICE AT BREAKFAST NEEDS TO GO BACK TO MORE PERSONEL WITH CAFETERIE TO TABLE OR TEAPOT IT NEEDS TO LESS SELF SERVICE THE CHARM HAS HAS GONE AND THE CARE AND CLEANLINESS GONE

We needed to recharge our batteries , which we did beautifully in this hotel thanks

Cons:

Out side was abit of a building site abit off putting to be honest I am sure it is to improve the site but abit of a shame for our stay !! May be the menu could change during the week ,if u were staying for a week it was very repetitive!!

مكان نظيف وموقع ممتاز

‎ * الموظفين جدا متعاونين .. اخذو مني عربيه الطفل وحفظوها عندهم واخذو الشنط وصلوها لنا للغرف وكانت موظفه الاستقبال متبسمه ولطيفه


‎* النظافه اعجبتني .. اثناء اقامتي انتبهت ان كان فيه اسره تتطلع من احد الغرف الي امام غرفتي وكنت اسمع صوت تكنيس فحسيت ان عمال النظافه يشتغلون بذمه وللامانه ماشفت اي ملاحظات سلبيه



‎ * الفطور مو شي كثير ومتنوع ولكنه عملي تلاقي الي يعجبك احد الموظفين مغربي الله يسعده ويوفقه دلني على الحلال والحرام ووضح اي اطباق مو حلال .. وشيء جميل انتباه الموظف لأي شخص يفتح الطبق ويخليه مفتوح بانه على طول يغلقه وينبّه باغلاقه وباستخدام الملاعق الخاصه بدل ان يستخدم النزيل يده عشان ياخذ شي من صنف مشترك بيننا وهذه اجمل وانظف حاجة لان تتطمن وانت تاكل ان فيه شخص حريص ان اكلك يكون نظيف


‎* الموقع جدا جميل .. قريب من البحيره ويقدر الشخص ينزل ياخذ قارب بالاضافه انه قريب من محطه فيها باص مفتوح يمشيكم بقرى قريبه ويرجعكم وسعره جميل..

* ‎الغرف الي فيها اطلاله حدايق داخليه اسالو بتوفر مصعد او لا لان اتذكر مالقيته ولكني ماسالت عنه

* المصعد ضيق شوي مايتحمل الا شخصين (استخدمته للغرف الي كانت باطلاله على البحيره

* الفطور وقته من الساعه 8-10 وقت ضيق بصراحه

* اعتقد يوجد طريقين لنزلة للبحيره وهذا شي جميل ولكن احدها شوي متعب لان الفندق مرتفع والدرج مبين مستوي ولكن لمن تضع قدمك تحس بتعرج وعدم توازن خفيف ولكن يتعب خاصه لو تحملون اغراض او احدكم كبير سن او معاكم طفل


* ماشفت مناديل "فاين" فالغرف يوجد بالحمام تكرمون ولكن الغرف مافيها فاين وانا ماسالت ولا طلبت بصراحة فممكن الواحد يجيب معاه او يسال

* لا يوجد علب مويه بالغرفه ولكن توجد لافته تقول انهم يشجعون شرب الماء من الصنبور لانه جاي من البحيره .. ممكن تشوفها سلبيه او ايجابيه حسب تفكيرك بالنسبه لي كانت سلبيه

* حجزت ثلاث غرفنا تمنيت نكون قريبين من بعض ولكن كنا بعيدين بادوار مختلفه

Needs up dating and felt not value for money
Pros:

Location was very good

Cons:

Very poor menu choices for the evening, more like a pub menu than a hotel that is meant to be 4 star. Also one of the windows in our room was stained / dirty despite highlighting this once we had book in nothing was done. Given we booked the room for a lake view this was not good. Also there were AC controls in the room but it did not work

Good place, could be better
Pros:

Amazing location and view, rooms are very clean and neat.

Cons:

Noise for repairs at 8:00 am without warning, WiFi disconnects a lot, insects inside the room.

Amazing!
Pros:

Hotel was the perfect location, amazing views and the room was absolutely beautiful. Staff were amazing and really helpful with everything and personable with my child.

Not worth the price
Pros:

Great location, Breakfast was lovely, good choice and staff serving breakfast were fantastic.

Cons:

I booked junior suite for one night with
lake view. Yes we could see the lake and the building rubble as work was being done to build a spa.

It was a hot day in July 26 and the rooms don't have bottles of water just an empty fridge. There is an environmental notice saying to save the planet please drink from the tap. If you actually want water you have to contact reception who provides you with bottles of water. Would of been nice to have cold water available in the heat.

The room had an aircon control which could not be set below 18° so was basically pointless in the hot room.

Bathroom was tired, dirty and shower tray was held together by duct tape! Mould and limescale in shower and bath too... see my
pictures!

Wallpaper was ripped and dust and cobwebs around the room as well as stains on the furniture.

I don't like to leave negative reviews however when paying nearly £300 for one night you expect better.
