Birthday weekend stay
Pros:

From beginning to end, our stay was excellent.
We had breakfast and dinner both days, and it was wonderful. They had a good gluten free range and were only too happy to help with any queries.
The staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly, smart and willing to help.
Our room had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with a beautiful view over the golf course.
The leisure facilities were clean and tidy, we didn’t get to use the spa but will do next time. We only used the pitch and putt course, which was great, and look forward to using the main course next time we stay.
We have already booked a return visit, and are really looking forward to it!!!

Wonderful
Pros:

Exceptional stay in Tewkesbury Park. Staff were wonderful accommodation good and also a great golf course. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Definitely going to return.

The bathroom was small and should have had a walk in shower, some people are not happy climbing into a bath for a shower, nothing to hold onto when showering

The staff were outstanding.The good was consistently good,no one had a poor dish

Cons:

3 times our reservation for breakfast of a table for 7 did not happen,despite doing it at reception as well as when we left the dining room after dinner.

Pros:

easy access for tewkesbury, ample car parking, room size very good, staff were very good

Cons:

the only not good point was access to the room required going outside, not so good if the weather is not good as it rained on our visit

The comfort and quiet rooms. We'll cleaned and supplied

Cons:

We felt that the initial welcome was a little cool and perfunctory, especially as it was our first visit. Could have been warmer and more welcoming on front desk.
Most staff n breakfast and restaurant very pleasant and smiley, particularly the younger ones.

Good choice plus a menu to order from the kitchen. Food was hot and plentiful. Great layout.

Cons:

There is no room service
Also there is a new Indian chef who thinks that all meals must include Indian themed foods and only one or two plain dishes. I am unable to eat spicy food and this was an issue for me. The second night I ate out away from the hotel.
