للأسف، كانت تجربتي الأخيرة في الفندق مخيبة للآمال بشكل كبير. نظام التكييف في الفندق سيئ للغاية ولا يوفر مستوى الراحة المتوقع من فندق يحمل اسم بولمان.
كما أنني واجهت تصرفات غير مقبولة من أحد موظفي الاستقبال، واسمه «تيجان» على ما أعتقد. فقد أصر على إلزامي بدفع مبلغ تأمين قدره 1,400 يورو، وهو مبلغ مبالغ فيه جداً، وفي إقامة لاحقة كان الموظف نفسه هو من ألزمني مجدداً بدفع تأمين قدره 600 يورو. هذا الأسلوب جعلني أشعر بأن التعامل كان استغلالياً وغير مقبول إطلاقاً.
والأغرب من ذلك أنني فوجئت بإضافة مبلغ 30 يورو يومياً إلى حسابي، رغم أنني لا أملك سيارة أصلاً خلال إقامتي! وهو أمر مثير للاستغراب ولا يليق أبداً بفندق بولمان باريس سنتر بيرسي.
من المؤسف أن أقول إن الفندق يشهد تراجعاً واضحاً في مستوى الخدمة. لقد كان هذا الفندق خياري الأول والدائم في باريس طوال خمس سنوات، لكن بعد تجربتي الأخيرة، وخصوصاً بسبب أسلوب موظف الاستقبال «تيجان»، لن أعود للإقامة فيه مرة أخرى.
وفي المقابل، أود أن أتقدم بالشكر والتقدير الكبير للموظفين ستيفان وأليكس. إنهما رائعان بحق، ويتمتعان بمهنية وأسلوب راقٍ في التعامل، ويستحقان كل الشكر والإشادة.

Malheureusement, ma dernière expérience dans cet hôtel a été extrêmement décevante. Le système de climatisation est vraiment très mauvais et n’offre absolument pas le niveau de confort que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement Pullman.
J’ai également été confronté au comportement inacceptable d’un employé de la réception, prénommé « Tijan », si je ne me trompe pas. Il m’a imposé le paiement d’une caution de 1 400 euros, un montant totalement excessif. Lors d’un séjour suivant, le même employé m’a de nouveau obligé à verser une caution de 600 euros. J’ai trouvé cette manière de procéder abusive et totalement inacceptable.
Plus étonnant encore, j’ai découvert qu’un montant de 30 euros par jour avait été ajouté à ma facture, alors que je n’avais même pas de voiture pendant mon séjour ! Cette situation est presque absurde et ne correspond absolument pas au niveau de service attendu du Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy.

It’s not a very good experience
Cons:

Disappointing about the housekeeping. We are family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. I suppose all the toiletries are prepared for 4 person and get replenished everyday. However, we need to call house keeping every day. E.g asking for more towels, no shampoo or hair conditioner or body wash. They were finished up on the 3rd nights. The last two nights, even coffee and tea not replenished, and just have two bottles of water. It’s not a very good experience.

Propreté, room service (le suprême de volaille était très bon), confort de la chambre, sauna et hammam, accueil du personnel.

Cons:

La piscine est normalement réservée aux adultes après 20h alors qu’il y avait encore des enfants bruyants. Je n’ai pas pu bien détendre à la piscine car le créneau piscine adult only n’a pas été respecté.
