The room was clean and generally well maintained, and the hotel has an excellent location with very easy access to the metro. The reception staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Cons:

The housekeeping and room services were also below expectations. Some requests and cleaning-related issues had to be followed up several times before they were properly addressed. In addition, the housekeeping staff did not speak English, which made communication more difficult.
For families with children, I would rate the hotel as average. The swimming pool is quite small and the facilities and service around the pool were also below expectations.

Cons:

there were several disappointing aspects. The room facilities were quite basic considering the very high room rate, and overall the value for money was poor. Many services that are usually included free of charge in hotels of this category required an additional payment here.

The housekeeping and room services were also below expectations. Some requests and cleaning-related issues had to be followed up several times before they were properly addressed. In addition, the housekeeping staff did not speak English, which made communication more difficult.
For families with children, I would rate the hotel as average. The swimming pool is quite small and the facilities and service around the pool were also below expectations.

Pros:

Manque de personnel mal organisé. J’ai dû faire sept aller-retour pour une chambre que j’ai réservé et au final changer ma chambre pour aller dans une chambre qui est déjà prise à me refaire descendre, j’ai pratiquement fait toute la journée à l’hôtel que les trucs que je devais faire Appa zéro

Tem muito para melhorar
Pros:

Localização bairro calmo e com muitas opções para caminhar e comer nos arredores .

Cons:

Não limparam um dos quartos sendo que as portas estavam abertas por serem quartos comunicativos .
A limpeza deixou muito a desejar.
Sanita não parava de escorrer água .
Realmente foi uma decepção em comparação com os outros hotéis da rede Pullman que já fiquei .

Accueil adorable, personnel disponible et avenant. Une chambre spacieuse propre et silencieuse !! Tout était parfait, vraiment.
Proche du métro pour découvrir la ville, près du Bercy village pour flâner dans les magasins et manger dans des petits resto. C’était une des meilleurs choix d’hôtel que j’ai fais jusqu’à présent
