Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!
Pros:

So nettes Personal, durch und durch! Wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet mit einer Kochstation, wo man sein Ei bestellen konnte und sah wie es gebraten/gekocht wurde.
Es hat Pingpong Tische sowie ein Tischkicker und auch Computer zur freien Nutzung der Kinder.
Das Familienzimmer wird täglich gereinigt und Wasserflaschen werden ebenfalls täglich genügend aufgefüllt.
Das Hotel ist sehr edel eingerichtet und verfügt über einem gemütlichen Innenpool.
Es liegt nahe an Percy Village wo auch eine Metrostation und ganz einfach und mit kurzen Wegen überall hin gefahren hat.
Die Nächte sind ab 21 Uhr komplett ruhig. Empfehlenswert sind die höheren Stockwerke.
Zimmer Room Service ist schnell und gut.
Einkaufs- und Essmöglichkeiten sind wenige Gehminuten in Percy Village zu erreichen.

Cons:

Leider war unser Familienzimmer am ersten Tag nicht frei obwohl es über Booking.com gebucht war. Das war sehr ärgerlich aber wir haben uns als Gäste wie Könige gefühlt! Hier ist der Kunde wirklich König!

Pros:

Didn't take breakfast. Room is of good size and the location is well connected through the hotel is located a bit outside the city center.

Cons:

The reception took long time to allocate a room for me. I stood around 20 minutes waiting for the room and when asked, the reception manager rudely replied that he was trying to upgrade my room and I should wait for at least another five minutes. While it was a good gesture to try to upgrade my room, the reception manager should have asked me whether I need an upgrade and for that it might take some time. As I was very tired after a long flight, I asked him to give me the normal room as soon as possible without further wait.
