La struttura è bellissima, moderna ed estremamente confortevole per il soggiorno sia di famiglie, sia di coppie e viaggi di lavoro. Divertentissimi i tavoli da Ping pong e calcio-balilla presenti nella struttura. La colazione è favolosa
Gli unici aspetti negativi sono stati il condizionamento delle stanze non ottimale, la temperatura era sempre troppo alta e il fatto che la piscina dovesse essere prenotata in anticipo e potesse essere fruita solo un’ora per volta
Good value for two rooms for family of 5, nice AC for the hot month and the breakfast was great to have every morning.
Location was a bit more industrial so you had to train out to other nicer parts (which not hard to do). I chose it bc it was near some flea markets on that side of town for handful of days.

The property was very good a nice hotel with a spa, great amenities, a convenient location, and very good value for money.
What really stood out was the staff, especially Claudiu at the front desk. He was exceptional: always helpful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to find the best solution for me. He truly made my stay better.
I wish every hotel had someone like Claudiu. He is a real asset to the hotel
Nothing in particular, overall I had a very good stay.
Staff and facilities like swimming pool, table tennis, kids area, location was a bit far from attractions however excellent metro connection and Bercy village access makes up for it. Deff recommend it

Le bar a refusé de me servir une conso à 23h32 parce qu’il fermait à 23h30. C’est dommage dans un hôtel où il y a un room service.
Le service de sécurité de nuit n’est pas non plus très agréable.

There was ‘city tax’ about 30£ that wasn’t mentioned before and deduced from the deposit they secured after our Check in . It was a sneaky surprise

L’accueil , la bienveillance et respect du personnel sans oublier leur réactivité à nos demandes. Bravo également à l’équipe qui sont à notre disposition au petit déjeuner.

Manque sac poubelle de la salle de bain. Idem dans la chambre.
Lampadaire de chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas , mais heureusement une intervention rapide d’un technicien.
L’application YouTube de la tv ne fonctionne pas malgré les identifants wifi.
La chambre communicante numéro 815 n’est pas adapté pour les couples car nous pouvons entendre les ébats des voisins ou inversement. ( insonorisation négative)
