For group bookings of 9 people or more, different policies will apply. Please note that guests can only book a maximum of 9 rooms per booking.

Mattress rock hard bathroom door didnt close, shower was broken and it was ridiculously loud
Hotel is lovely. Rooms lovely, great facilities in the room, fridge etc. Staff were fantastic, couldnt do enough.
Would have given 10 out of 10. If I wasnt woken up by a screaming child at 4am. Then every time I went back to sleep, their hotel door continually opened and left to slam shut.

Staff were really nice, room was clean bed was comfy.
Restaurant was closed when i stayed. Room did sell a bit of smoke although there are signs saying its a non smoking room the last guest must have ignored that.
A clean well kept hotel, with friendly staff and very comfy bed. Very good value. A good variety at breakfast. Perfect for a single traveller. I would definitely stay there again

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.
Just the room was a disgrace! Dirty floor, terrible mattered, thin duvet, broken heater, window let in the cold, tv not working, toilet dirty.

I was interested in the breakfast but it looked a little basic not a large selection and presentation was uninspired but maybe they will improve this .
Seems they spent all the money in the reception area. Beds so hard and the pillows, ok for one night
