I'm used to budget travel but this was disappointing for the price paid.
Pros:

Location was convenient for my visit

Strong smell of cigarette smoke and weed from outside.

Grifos en el baño mal, el agua caliente no cerraba
Desayuno fatal, sino faltaba zumo de naranja, faltaba croissants. Sino capsulas de cafe. Tazas diferentes y pocas, vasos diferentes y pocos.
Nos cambiaron a una habitación superior, era mejor.
Colchones de muelles, muy viejos en ambas habitaciones.
Tengo video pero no saque fotos.

Did not have breakfast.

Cons:

This used to be a lovely hotel, I do not know what has happened. As you come out of lift it is thick with dust and all marked. Rooms were dirty, mine was thick with dust, marks in bath, on carpet, torn wallpaper, had to move rooms 3 times. The second room had a false nail, a hair tie & ribbon under rug, air fryer was disgusting with grease and food in it, no handle on wardrobe, tiles hanging off wall, my last room was better but still not very clean, dirt all around skirtings and on floor under TV, shower wouldn't work properly, chewing gum on the coat hanger. Tea tray sticky with mug rings and dust, bin had rubbish in it.
My sons toilet door had a hole in it and had been filled with toilet roll.
Loud music coming from rooms.

Felt I wasted paying £74 to try have a decent night sleep.

Clean. Comfy spacious room.. amazing staff

Cons:

It wasn’t really the property I had an issue with .. but it was other guests
It was brilliant up until about 1am quiet an peaceful and come 1am people on the corridors chatting loud and sounded like a party in the room
Then somebody was running up the corridors banging on what must of been his friends door asking him to let him in quick which sounded really worrying.
It carried on till around 5:45am land I ended up late for work sleeping through my alarm thank la to all the noise.
Again staff and hotel brilliant!
But had the people in there. I was in room 51 and from 1am - 5:45 it sounded absolute like absolute carnage

The location was perfect as we were attending a party here.

Cons:

The bed was like concrete. The room was dusty, there were bits on the floor, no bins at all in the room or bathroom. The bathroom didn't have proper doors. The wardrobe almost fell over.

Would come back again very happy with my stay as usual.
Pros:

very nice room. 3rd time staying here and never had an issue with the cleanliness of the place. beds was comfy. over all a nice stay.

Cons:

The property itself self was good and the people at the front desk was lovely. Only issue was the cleaning staff. They was very rude to one of my mates. We left the room an hour before check out but she realised she left a few things in her room. The staff at the front desk was happy for her to go back to the room but when she got to the room the cleaners hadn’t even started on her room yet and refused to let her go in. They had a very negative energy and it wasn’t until she begged to go into the room that they let her go back in for her things. I also greeted them with a smile in the morning when i seen them and got a cold stare back. not very friendly.
