Nothing the lift broke down i have copd and cannot climb stairs when booking i did ask for low floor due to disabillity the engineer came to fix the lift but it made to many complications for me

Not enough room, no plug for bath and dangerous broken tile in bathroom and toilet seat was disgusting.
Bed was comfy and plenty of parking
WiFi not working and therfore TV wouldn't work
Shower was useless .... basically a drip and cold water

Stairs to room as lift and corridors was a maze , shower was too hot and then cold.

No aircon, no bar open at 10.30 on a Saturday evening and England were playing....breakfast not available until 8am
The reception area has been refurbished and good outside seating area
The breakfast was very poor it felt like the food had been out for a long time. There was no water available to drink at breakfast although reception has been refurbished the bathroom in our room was very poor with the shower outdated and in need of updating badly
