Pros:

Great Comfort Great location. Onsite Onsen is a must. Rooftop dining among two other restaurants. Culinary staff trained by professional offer palate stimulating dishes. Room layout is expected for a high rise building. Sleep easy in a full size bed with a very nice view.

My good rating is relative to the price, which is very cheap. This is a very budget hotel - I checked in and out using a kiosk in front. Very easy even without any Japanese. No key card required to use the elevator, which might be a concern for some. Also there's a 150 yen a night bathhouse fee, even if you don't use it (I didn't). The area is very quiet. The rooms are small but larger than I expected given the price. Overall I'd consider it if you're on a low budget and just need a place to crash.

We liked this room, though it seemed much smaller than advertised. the photos on the booking sites showed much more generous accommodations so we were a little disappointed upon walking in the door.

多分、というかおそらくベットメイキングがされてるだけで、机の上も拭かれていなく、部屋着もボロボロ（きちんと畳まれてなかったし誰かが着た後のようなのと、タバコで穴が開いたのか虫が食ったのかわからないけど、とにかく汚い）床もホコリが溜まっていて、清掃されていないようでした。
