Very nice but soured by night staff

Beautiful location and scenery

Cons:

Sadly a boiler broke next door to my room at 01:00 and was very loud. I went to tell reception and It was as if it was my fault. They were very put out and we had a bad nights sleep with all the noise

We had a lovely stay. The food & staff were excellent.
Pros:

Beautiful built in lovely grounds. Large bedroom comfortable bed.

Cons:

I could write my name in the dust on small round table. A small piece of the last occupant s rubbish under the chest of drawers.
Extractor fan in bathroom not working.

Nice break, took my swimming trunks as i love to swim and didnt get to use them
Pros:

Food, hospitality was very good

Cons:

Swimming pool is shut, the outside one closes at 4 so when you come back to the hotel after a day out, a swim would be lovely, but unfortunatly shut.
I definitly would not vist the hotel in the winter with no indoor swimming pool.

Amazing hotel, incredible staff, just a bit of fine tuning on the food and menu.

Everything, the hotel and surroundings are stunning. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. They really did make our stay.

Cons:

Our only complaint is regarding the dinner. We ate in the conservatory. My wife ordered the prawn and crab linguini, the 1st plate came out cold as did the 2nd dish when we returned the 1st. Also the steak does come with a choice of sauces which we did find odd. Even though the food did not match beautiful hotel the staff in the restaurant were excellent.

Heel mooie accommodatie in prachtige omgeving
Pros:

De tuin en omgeving is prachtig. Ontbijt is ook top. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

De kamers en de bar zijn een beetje gedateerd. Het restaurant waar we gereserveerd hadden was dicht, waardoor we in de bar aten. Dat was wel jammer.
