Incredible staff, great location near Termini station, comfy beds and cute rooms!
Pros:

The staff were so incredible here, allowing me to check in early after my long haul from Australia was such a kind gesture and it really made my day! They also provided me with a free room upgrade, and stored my luggage until the checkin time before putting these in the room for me so I didn't have to do this myself.
The room was really cute, the bath tub was a very nice touch.
Bed was comfy and the location is perfect being just a short few minute walk from Termini station - highly recommend!

Cons:

Nothing at all - 10/10 stay!

Konumu muhteşem.Termini Ana İstasyon 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Her yere ister yürüyerek ister tüm toplu taşıma araçlarını kullanarak rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Resepsiyondaki Georgina gerçekten işini çok iyi yapıyor ve her konuda son derece yardımsever. Odamız her gün temizlendi , nevresim ve havlular değiştirildi. Zaten tertemiz bir otel. Biz kahvaltı almamıştık çünkü etrafta kahvaltı yapılabilecek bir sürü seçenek var. Farklı yerler tecrübe etmek istedik. Ama isterseniz kahvaltı seçeneği de var. Bir kez daha Roma’ya gelirsem tercih edeceğim tek otel olacak. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

Cons:

Se percibe bastante ruido del exterior dentro de la habitación, y las cortinas son de tela, lo cual impiden que se oscurezca totalmente la habitación, y por el contrario, entre mucha luz en ella, lo cual hizo que no fuera agradable para dormir

Struttura molto pulita e curata. Camera di buone dimensioni, e ben insonorizzata. Colazione molto buona. Ho molto apprezzato l'intervento dello staff per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente nella mia stanza. Bravi!

Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. However, I would have liked more soundproofing from outside noises.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and every staff member was very pleasant/helpful. The included breakfast was excellent, as was the location (about a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini train station). Air conditioning was very comfortable.

Cons:

It felt like there was no sound proofing of the room from the windows. Our rooms faced the street on the second floor and I heard everything outside (what sounded like garbage pickup at 1:00am) each night, and horrible loud noises at 6:00am Saturday morning. All sounded as if the window in the room was open! The tubs in both rooms are set unusually high up off the floor, need to be careful getting out.
