El hotel de los horrores

Cons:

Título: Publicidad engañosa: sucio, viejo y sin seguridad
Las fotos de Booking no reflejan en absoluto la realidad. Nos dieron una habitación estándar vieja, deteriorada y sin ningún mantenimiento. Una experiencia pésima de principio a fin.
Lo peor del alojamiento:
- Higiene nefasta y mal olor: Moqueta impresentable de lo sucia que estaba, paredes llenas de manchas y marquesina de la ventana con basura acumulada.
- Baño lamentable: Bañera desconchada y pintada de blanco para disimular, junto a una alcachofa llena de cal y suciedad.
- Sin confort: Imposible regular la temperatura de la habitación.
- Seguridad nula: Dejamos el equipaje en la consigna y, al volver, las maletas estaban totalmente expuestas en la entrada sin ningún empleado en recepción.
- Desayuno: De una calidad lamentable.
Escribo esto para que sepáis lo que contratáis en realidad. Es un engaño absoluto respecto a las fotos y una falta de respeto al cliente en cuanto a higiene, mantenimiento y seguridad.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Muito boa limpeza e pequeno almoço razoável. A localização encontra-se num centro mais norte de roma, o que dá para fazer a pé e visitar toda a cidade, à exceção dos pontos turísticos (coliseu e travestere). Recomendo bastante.

Το δωμάτιο είχε τρίχες , η λεκάνη ήταν παλιά
Δεν εξυπηρετούσε κανένα μέτρο πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο και το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν διπλό

Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly prepared before our arrival. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, and the air conditioning was not working at all.
The internet was also not working, which made the stay even more frustrating. The hotel was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.
The customer service was also very poor. The reception staff were unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome at all.
Overall, the hotel was not clean, comfortable, quiet, or welcoming. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

The people from the reception are super nice, Fabiola it’s very friendly and Danilo was very helpful giving informations
Pros:

The accomodations have everything you need, like closet, frigobar, toilets and it’s very clean! The breakfast it’s veeery nice!

Cons:

There is 2 problems that I didn’t like the air conditioner it’s not strong, it cannot cold the room and also the shower has no power for spell the water, unfortunately!

Pros:

Das zweite Zimmer welches Wir verlangt hatten war gut, das hat man unter standart ausstattung erwartet. Beim Hotel selber hies es es wäre ein Upgrade was aber bei weitem nicht so gewesen wäre.

Cons:

Nehmt nicht die Standart Zimmer, es war feucht und hatte einen komischen Geruch.
Der Teppich war nicht sauber und die Klimaanlage machte komische Geräusche.
Vertraut nicht den Bildern welche Sie euch zeigen, es waren wahrscheinlich Bilder bei der Neueröffnung. Es lief uns kalt den Rücken runter als wir im Zimmer waren.

Posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla ed a pochi minuti dai principali luoghi da visitare. La camera che ci ha ospitati ben curata , pulita ed ottima per una famiglia ( con 2 bambini )
