Segurança falha, atendimento ao cliente péssimo

A localização é a única coisa positiva dessa acomodação. Fica próximo da estação de trem, por isso, caso precise sair da cidade, você conseguirá ir a pé para pegar o trem ou ônibus.

Cons:

Nós reservamos cerca de quatro noites no hotel, fomos acomodados no último andar e na terceira noite acordamos de madrugada com alguém tentando abrir a porta de nosso quarto. Foi horrível, meu namorado batia na porta e a gritava por socorro para que a pessoa que estava do lado de fora fosse embora, mas ela insistiu por alguns minutos para abrir a porta. O telefone do quarto estava quebrado e só conseguimos contato com a recepção ligando do nosso celular. A recepção nos informou que provavelmente alguém se enganou de quarto, mas não acreditamos, devido a insistência em abrir a porta mesmo conosco gritando. No outro dia, cada funcionário do hotel tinha uma história para o ocorrido, inventaram milhares de desculpas, mas nenhuma era plausível. O gerente nos devolveu 50% de uma das nossas diárias, valor irrisório diante do terror que passamos. Enfim, não recomendo se hospedarem neste hotel, devido a este ocorrido. Fica claro que a segurança é falha e o atendimento ao cliente pior ainda.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Bahnhof, was uns sehr gefallen hat, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist. Das Frühstück war gut, es wurde zügig nachgefüllt. Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Frau die zuständig war, war sehr freundlich. Für Kurzaufenthalte bei Durchreise ist diese Hotel mit Sicherheit eine gute Wahl. Für das Umfeld am Bahnhof und die Baustellen kann das Hotel ja nicht. Ich würde wieder dort buchen.

Cons:

Leider ist es nicht ebenerdig, mit den Koffern als Frau schon schwierig, aber machbar. Der Aufzug ist sehr langsam.
