The room furniture must be improved and more lights
Pros:

Location was good, easy access for bus and metro.
Walking distance to visit famous places, eg Phanteon, coffee shop
And shopping at Blvd St Germain, shakespeare and company, churches

Cons:

One of the customer service staff was very arrogant. Refusing us a bottle of water. We did not know that bottle of water is offerred only on arrival day. Subsequently we need to buy our own. No notice of same, whilst in other hotels, minimum of 1 lt of water is offered daily.

The furniture is very old and dusty. Unable to keep or hang the clothes.

Friendly hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff. Nicely designed rooms with a bit of character, I had an unusual duplex room which I quite liked.

Cons:

There was an extended electricity cut, but that was not the hotel's fault and the staff did their best to keep guests informed.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Panthéon. The location is absolutely ideal for exploring Paris, with many attractions, restaurants, and cafés within easy reach.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. We also particularly appreciated the staff, who were always warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and we would definitely be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Pros:

La posizione ottima nel quartiere latino!

Cons:

La stanza a piano terra, sicuramente progettata per disabili, quindi utile, ma diventa scomoda al momento della doccia perché si allaga tutto il bagno, e senza un ottimo impianto di aerazione e senza finestre, è un problema!
