Relax and chill
Pros:

The room was in a perfect temperature, the pool was so nice and spacious, staff was friendly and the food in the Santa Maria Restaurant was delicious!

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit expensive.

Pros:

La situación para poder ir a los eventos del estadio de la cartuja

Cons:

Los precios abusivos del bar piscina y demás. No hay nada al lado y si estás allí comes en la piscina o en los restaurantes pero los precios son abusivos. Otras cadenas hoteleras no aprovechan tanto la ocasión de “si estás aquí lo pagas”… pero lógicamente me negué… no pago por un mixto 15€ y por una cerveza 7€

Genial. Repetiremos en breve
Pros:

El personal genial, al igual que las instalaciones y la habitación. Desayuno espectacular, había de todo, reponiendo constantemente, y hasta que no se rebasó ampliamente la hora de admisión de desayuno no empezaron a recoger, cosa que es de agradecer. La piscina no nos dio tiempo a utilizarla, pero tenía una pinta fantástica. La cama genial, enorme y cómoda, aunque mi pareja tuvo algún problemilla con la almohada, una demasiado alta y la otra demasiado baja.

Cons:

El check-in fue muy lento, pero es cierto que era sábado dos de la tarde, había esa noche un concierto importante cerca y entraba muchísima gente a esa hora en el hotel que iban al concierto. Aún así creo que podrían haber habilitado alguna fila más para circunstancias como estas.

La limpieza de la habitación era nefasta,teníamos telarañas en el techo y nos encontramos azucarillos enteros en el suelo del baño,en un 5 estrellas pues no es normal

Un hotel con encanto te sientes muy cómodo y aunque sea un hotel grande te sientes como en casa

La amabilidad del personal un 10
Yo he trabajado en hoteles durante anos y se que no siempre es fácil.
A medio día del sábado 20, fue hora punta en el bar de la piscina ( concierto carrasco) éramos muchos clientes que queríamos comer y disfrutar de las 3 o 4 horas antes del concierto y el personal del bar fueron muy amables y muy profesionales preparando mesas grandes sin perder los nervios.
Y el domingo antes de volver a casa volvimos a disfrutar del bar y la piscina con el mismo personal y se acordaron de detalles del día anterior
Excepcionales!!
Habitación genial y limpio!
Trato en la recepción genial también muy servicial!
Volveremos seguro
