Nice place, bad choice of employees.

Cons:

Most of the staff. People in general were not helpful. Out check in was rushed and it seemed I was pulling all the basic info I needed. Staff at the restaurant was also very rushed not giving room for discussing the menu. As a bonus we had someone cleaning our room on checkout date before our checkout, still with our luggage in the room, who didn,t took well that we required the room tonget ready to leave. I’m sorry but this is not acceptable in a 5 star hotel.

Качественный отель, но платный бассейн и нет магазинов.
Pros:

Отель очень хороший. Номера чистые. Бассейн прекрасный. Он крытый, так что можно плавать весной или зимой. Есть платная паркова за 24 евро в сутки, но рядом с отелем много бесплатных мест для парковки. Это большой плюс.

Cons:

Платный бассейн, и об этом ничего не написано в описании номера. Приходится покупать всю услугу SPA с банями и саунами, но нельзя пойти просто в бассейн. Детям в сауну запрещено, но при этом оплату за ребёнка надо сделать. Ну и сам отель хоть, и хороший, достаточно далеко от центра. Если на машине, то все хорошо. Рядом нет магазинов.

Lovely hotel, lovey staff. Out of town gives you a pool but nothing going on in surrounding area
Pros:

Very nice clean and spacious room. Food in the one available restaurant was excellent. Great service from everyone we encountered. Generally a smiley place.

Cons:

Visited in May so expected more food options. Also outside bar was hardly every open. Hotel can sometimes get cluttered with corporates, perhaps from neighbouring conference center

Pros:

Good size room, possibility to open window in room, large, spacious corridors and common spaces, The family loved both the heated and the swimming pool.

Cons:

We had to pay 20 Eur per day for the parking in the Hotel's garage. I would expect this to be inclusive of the price at a 5-star hotel. It is a large hotel and we had to cover some distance with the luggage from the parking to the room.

Micul dejun este deosebit. Este extrem de variat. Totul este proaspat. In putine restaurante ai posibilitatea sa servesti fresh-uri la discretie. Exista o varietate mare de smoothie. Barul de la piscina prepara un Aperol Spritz foarte bun. :-)

Cons:

Personalul de la receptie pare destul de dezinteresat. Iti oferta informatia pe fuga. Intr-una din zile am cerut recenzii la punctele pentru turisti din cadrul hotelului despre o locatie deosebita (pentru a servi masa dar si pentru o priveliste aparte). Ne-a fost recomandata o terasa unde am mancat destul de prost si foarte scump. Privelistea, intr-adevar, foarte frumoasa, vis-a-vis de Turnul de Aur.

Agradable lugar con todo lo que se necesita

El desayuno estaba perfecto. Me encanta las opciones de comida sana. Healthy corner, con opciones de semillas y granos. Y tambien el chef que te hace los huevos como los pide. El gym tambien estaba bien equipado y grande.
