Amazing breakfast
Pros:

Most things

Cons:

There was some damage to a few things from wear and tear. The taps were coming off in the shower for example. Also they should supply more coffee in the room. And more variety in the fridge mini bar etc. shame couldn’t get a massage on Sunday

Great stay for family with nice facilities.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Nice spacious family room. Good facilities with on site restaurants and pool facilities. Convenient parking.

Vriendelijk personeel, fijn dat er altijd een taxi aan de deur stond, goed zwembad. Goed ontbijt, veel variatie.

Relaxing, ambient and well organised staff who are keen to please.
Pros:

The artwork and layout was great and the staff were all helpful. I thought the restaurant food was absolutely fine despite some of the previous reviews and they were great with kids. The hotel was clean and smelled great with fresh scents wafting through the lobby. Also appreciated the lovely bottle of cava left in our room to welcome us and celebrate our anniversary! That was a lovely touch.

Cons:

The outside pool was incredibly cold in April despite temperatures of 28-30 degrees. The inside pool (which cost extra) was warmer but quite small and could get crowded. The bathroom toiletries were not 5 star.

Quarto grade e muito confortável. Pequeno almoço fantástico. Estacionamento fácil. Localização excelente para levar a família à Isla Mágica.

Nice hotel, poor facilities and not 5* experience.
Pros:

Rooms and hotel itself lovely - whilst a reasonable walk to the centre we had known that and enjoyed a wander in on the morning.

Cons:

Rooms weren’t sound proof so woke up to next doors child screaming every morning. They could consider placement of families versus adult couples given there are 3 buildings however next time we’d just revert back to booking adults only. People were just letting their kids run wild even at 11:30pm at night doing the laps of the floor space directly outside peoples rooms (my partner didn’t feel well so we were actually trying to sleep at that time)

We had attempted to order room service and couldn’t as app wasn’t working - tried to ring reception and no answer multiple times. When we finally went down to reception and got told to call them instead of using the app we were originally told to use and the food came 1) we were told couldn’t pay on the room and more importantly 2) it was extremely poor quality and we got served cheese with mould on! (We did complain about this the next day and got refunded the money from the lady running guest experience and she also sent a little not and a Lindt bunny as an apology so appreciate this was handled but should have never happened)

On our first day round the pool there were no loungers out even though there were some that could have been moved from a closed spa space (a child had vomited in that pool so they’d had to close) . People having to lay on the grass. Not really 5* luxury. Pool bar was also pretty limited, not even simple snacks like crisps available.(again to be fair to the hotel, the lady I mentioned from guest experience did ask for other feedback which we gave and we noticed that the next day there’d clearly been a word with the operatives around the pool as they were much more ‘on it’)

Spa allows families to book the pool - there’s a whole other pool for that. Even if we’d have been travelling with our children we wouldn’t have expected to take them to the spa. I’d personally recommend that’s kept to adult only (we booked mainly as appeared to be actual sun loungers in there given day before).

O hotel é optimo, espaçoso e limpo.

Cons:

De lamentar o restaurante, pessoal competente mas muito caro para a quantidade de comida.
15€ um hambúrguer de criança que vinha esturricado.

Beautiful place but staff need training
Pros:

Beautiful building. Comfy room. Lovely shower. Love the indoor outdoor pool.

Cons:

Grill restaurant. Steak arrived cold and dry. My husbands steak was a different cut and pretty good so I asked to switch to his. They brought back my original steak warmed up. I asked again for the same as my husband but they ignored me and only wanted to speak to my husband. He explained what I requested and they went off and cooked me a new steak but the same cut as I originally ordered. So as it turns out they not only ignore me they ignore my husband too. By this point my husband had already finished his meal and I just wanted to leave so I just said no it wasn’t fine but I’ll eat it.
