Abba Sants Hotel

Staff were great. Enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant and it was 2 blocks from the main train station.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Super handy for railway station - 5 minute walk

Just a bit noisy inside and out, but things settle down okay.

I reserved twin or two beds but when I arrived I was told their “two beds” are always are always put together. That is not acceptable in the universe standard. It also made my friend and I felt very uncomfortable.

Our room was very small. But nice and clean. Property was in good shape. The area around the property was questionable.

Very disappointing hotel. The area beside the hotel was really noisy during the night with shady characters conducting illegal activities.

Property is in need of an upgrade. The first thing you notice upon entering the lobby is an overpowering smell of perfumey room fresheners. Standard room & bathroom is generously sized but the furnishings are outdated, dingy carpet, greying linens… My room was quiet with a dreary view to some kind of courtyard storage area. Fellow travelers with street facing rooms complained of noisy foot and street traffic in the wee hours. Limited room service, restaurant hours and menu options combined with limited options for finer dining nearby - unless you are looking for tapas or coffee & pastries you are probably a cab ride away from a good meal. There is a subway station a block away. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.

Good location in Developing zone and very close to Sants. Hotel lobby is nice. But room is out dated, need renovation. Size of room and bathroom is large. Overall ok stay.

This hotel served its purpose as we were attending course nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The main issue I had was the scent used in the main reception area which gave me a headache each time I entered the building. It wasn’t unpleasant but very ‘heady’ and not necessary

The rooms were clean, but somewhat outdated; however, the location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. More importantly, the hotel was conveniently located to the metro system that could take you anywhere throughout the city. In addition, there were several lovely cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. I would definitely stay there again.
