The valet were great

Cons:

Check-in was horrible. Almost wasn't able too do so, but thankfully had a photo of my driver's license in my phone as I had to renew because it was my birthday. Wouldn't even take my husband's.
Our room looked nothing like the photos. Old carpet and furniture. TV barely worked.

I loved how clean and well maintained the room is. Everything working and complete.

There is nothing that I did not like, the place has lots of amenities that I wish the check-out was a bit more late.

Triste experience pour un Marriott!

juste l emplacement tres pratique de l hotel

Cons:

L accueil par une certaine Violetta qui n a absolument fait preuve d'aucune initiative pour nous retrouver dans sa base de donnees, aucune empathie, ni amabilite, qui a utilise mon telephone pour me connecter soi disant au wifi de l hotel mais en regardant la facture finale cette connexion a ete facturee 10 dollars sans meme me demander mon consentement. La personne au front desk a pourtant le premier lien avec le client et autant dire que cela a ete tres decevant! Le parking horriblement cher pour un parking public, 47 dollars par jour! Les équipements dans la chambre, même pas un micro-ondes pour le prix! Pas d espace lounge, lobby tout a fait informel et banal, aucune ame!
