It was a decent stay.
Pros:

It was clean and properly centralized to many places around the town.

Cons:

It’s an old hotel with old amenities. The coffee maker wasn’t working, I think the hotel needs an upgrade for the price you pay it should have more amenities to it.

An iconic view from the hotel. Beautiful bedding. Attentive concierge. Expensive but worth the spend.

Cons:

The price of the room was ridiculous for a room with 2 double beds and very dated. The shower was super small never mind the bath tub. No bath robes. Charges for WIFI.

Cons:

Live music in the same space as the restaurant. Went elsewhere for dinner when the bar and music was in full swing. Couldn't hear the reception staff when checking in due to the noise. Reception is next to the bar.

Wonderful Experience!
Pros:

Great location and great service as expected at a Marriott. Some of the rooms were a bit outdated, but very clean with nice views. The staff was amazing and responded immediately to any requests even though I stressed there was no rush for another box of Kleenex. There is a cute grocer/bodega just down Hastings and liquor store a few blocks away.
