The Escalante

Different type of hotel. breakfast should be much better for the price of the room.

We loved our stay here so much! The service was top notch, the grounds were stunning and the rooms were big and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. The only tiny thing that has room for improvement is the complementary breakfast as its fruit, yogurt, granola and bread every day. Other than this minor detail, we’d absolutely stay here again!

This is a gem. Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. The beach is close but you can ask for ride at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute

Beautiful space and location is perfection

We had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Hotel has ultimate convenience - a couple of blocks from the beach and a block from 5th Ave. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly one “do-it-all” staff member, Marco. Room was nicely updated and clean. Restaurant experience was also excellent.

The Escalante is excellente! A real haven right on 5th Avenue and an easy walk to the beach although you don’t need to walk as they provide a cart to take you. The pool area is great too and as there aren’t many rooms, it was easy to get comfortable sun loungers. I have stayed at major chain hotels all over the world and our stay at the Escalente was right up there with the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Parking was easy and the free continental breakfast was superb. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Naples.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Be sure to experience Marco - he was super helpful and told us the story of the history of the hotel.

Paradise

The Hotel is beautiful! Service was excellent from Marco. The restaurant was limited for choices of meals but being so close to 5th ave you have many choices. Overall we enjoyed the seclusion and beauty of the property and how close it is 5th ave!

Charming property. Marco is a treasure!

It is pretty, in a good location and small. However, it is a bit older and there were some issues:
1-noisy air conditioner in room
2-no pillow choices
3-restaurant not open so hard to get glass of wine
4-older property

TV limited to Roku, room clean and comfortable. Very close to shops and restaurants on 5th Ave South.

The staff was the standout feature of our stay. Any request was quickly accommodated. Menu items were plentiful and the food was delicious. We would make a few suggestions for areas of improvement. For the convenience of guests we would add liquor options as that felt somewhat limiting. The seating options were not the most comfortable in our suite. Overall bathroom cleanliness felt a touch off with hair and dust present on check-in. TV accessibility was limited and confusing to navigate. Overall it was a pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.

Excellent small boutique hotel, fantastic location steps from the beach and shops and restaurants on 5th avenue.

The Escalante is a unique and intimate place, with few rooms, but I think that this only adds to how charming it is. Amazing service, super friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.
