I liked the location of course
I didn’t like breakfast, or the decorations or the staff
L'emplacement
the room was very big and the stuff and the manager of the hotel were amazing!

We recently stayed at The Sanderson London for one night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We loved the hotel – it’s modern, stylish, and our room was spacious. The birthday cake left in the room was a thoughtful and appreciated touch.
Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by a few issues. The minibar fridge in our room was empty and not working - we had bought our own alcohol to spend the evening in the hotel room and make the most of it after having a lovely lunch out in London. However, despite notifying the concierge, the issue wasn’t resolved promptly. I had to go down to reception to it chase up. We were offered the use of a fridge at reception, which was an odd suggestion - why would I want to get the lift up and down to fill my drink? We ended up having to leave the room and go out in town again for drinks, disrupting our evening plans, which were meant to be spent celebrating in our room. The fridge was eventually replaced and stocked, but much of our evening was already lost.
To top it off, on arriving home the next day we received an invoice from the Sanderson with a charge for two beers from the minibar, which we hadn’t consumed! Although this was refunded, it felt disappointing and ironic given the circumstances.
Overall, while we enjoyed the hotel itself, the fridge issue, lack of prior communication, and the minibar charge negatively affected our experience and sadly my husband’s birthday celebrations.
The staff, location and bed super comfortable
No that clean. Cleaning team left every day our dirty coffee glasses in the room , didn’t take them and didn’t replace.
There was no additional clean up at evening time
The fridge doesnt working, only one elevator was working
Great location, superb comparable price for location, design led rooms, well appointed. Great staff
Nothing
