FABULOSA
Pros:

Aunque fui por trabajo, tuve la grata sorpresa que mi habitación daba con ventana hacia el mar, las habitaciones muy limpias sobretodo el baño, el gimnasio a pesar de ser pequeño contaba con pocos pero buenos equipos, pesas y accesorios para hacer rutinas diarias, en el desayuno buena variedad y lo vital tenía buen sabor.

El personal muy atento

Cons:

La comida muy mala para ser manta. Un arroz seco y guardado. Un ceviche que solo sabía a salsa de tomate que no deberían dar a ningún extranjero porque no habla bien de nosotros . Deberían advertir que la salida a la playa es una puerta trasera hacia una calle donde sacan la basura.

The food, and breakfast was good, the pool was nice

Cons:

They were renovating the room next to us so our room smelled like paint, which they didnt tell us at all. It was so bad by the 3rd day that we had to tell them this isnt right, so they switched us rooms. The hot tub was not hot at all. The guy making drinks by the pool took extremely long to bring us the drinks we ordered and they weren't mixed at all, it was very disappointing.

Pros:

My stay was from April 22-24. The hotel is very nice and very accommodating to English speaking people. Excellent breakfast buffet included with your room. All employees were wonderful especially Gustavo at the front desk. Speaks perfect English and can answer any questions you ask. I give the hotel five stars and also Gustavo. Thank you!

Ya quiero regresar!!!

La seguridad, nos ayudaron a encontrar inmediatamente el peluche y la camiseta de mi hijo gracias a las cámaras que tiene todo el hotel y lo excelente que nos entregaron la camiseta lavada, seca y perfumada. En realidad el servicio es excelente!! También nos encantó la cafetera que tienen las habitaciones, para poder prepararte un delicioso café o aromática qué tienen las habitaciones.

Cons:

Podría ser mejor que tengan habitaciones matrimoniales y triples. En mi caso somos una familia de 5 y hubiera sido perfecto que la cama que estuvo demás en nuestra habitación la hubiera tenido la habitación de mis hijos evitando tener que adaptarla ese momento con costo adicional.
