Categories

Cleanliness
10

Service
10
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional and helpful; a few mentions of coordination issues but overall service is consistently praised.
Location
10
Location is frequently highlighted as excellent and central, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and a mall across the street.
Room Quality
9.6
Rooms are described as comfortable, modern and well decorated for families, but there are some negatives: street-noise for certain rooms, limited pillow variety and some slightly dated installations.
Amenities
9.8
Pools, heated water and wet-area facilities are praised and kept very clean; minor issues noted with external guests using the pool area and one comment about the jacuzzi.
Value for Money
9
Generally positive sentiments but a few guests felt the price exceeded expectations for the hotel's size and classification, so value is slightly lower than other categories.
Food and Beverage
10
Breakfast and food receive strong positive mentions ("desayuno delicioso", "buffet with great variety", "comida fabulosa"); a few isolated complaints about menu items not matching descriptions or limited buffet options.
Overall Experience
10
Many guests explicitly state an excellent overall stay ("EXCELENTE", "Recomendando siempre", "Todo perfecto"); isolated operational issues did not outweigh generally outstanding experiences.
