Was enjoy the stay and nice hotel good location
A staff member a so rude a sarcastic that it ruined my whole stay. Kind of shocked by how rude.
Good location :)
We really enjoyed our suite with separate rooms and bathrooms so we were able to go to sleep at different hours. (Also, I appreciated the door between the rooms so I couldn't hear my husband snoring) It was also very nice to have temperature controls in each space. We didn't eat at the hotel restaurant but it was nice to know they had one. We also always appreciate a hotel with a refrigerator, coffee pot and a microwave.
Every time someone left we could hear them start their cars so we were awakened quite a few times during the early morning hours.
We did not know breakfast was available at the location until the last day. Would have been great to know but I forgot to ask about it when checking in.
The bathroom had an issue with toilet rocking and the lamp had a stain that looked like blood which was off putting as my kids were in the room. The pool was great. If their were more luggage carts for the top floor by the pool

I paid for a balcony room. Little did I know that the fourth floor backs up to a raised parking lot. My stunning balcony view that I paid a premium for was actually a view directly into the driver and passenger seat of a Toyota Tundra with high beams that blinded us at night before we knew to close the blackout curtain (the parking space was about a foot from the edge of our balcony). Pretty disappointed in how misleading the booking was, since to me, "balcony" is not synonymous with "parking lot porch". It was also pretty disappointing to have to keep our patio door shut even during gorgeous weather because the aforementioned parking lot was stoner central. It was unpleasant to say the very least to wake up to seeing people, including some in staff uniforms, lighting up a J ten feet from our room.
Location was awesome very calming and had an extremely deep sleep in my room on my first night
Beautiful environment around us.
Awesome service provided.
And bathroom needs some attention some of the finishing work including the shower curtain shower curtain was following falling off the railing
Breakfast was an extra cost blah blah
The heated pool was barley heated the hotnd was 100 and broken jets I got stuck in the elevator for 45 min
Pay parking on-site is wild.
The first day, the water shower and faucet was yellow. The second day there was no hot water. The hotel did not inform me of the situation. So I could not make other arrangements. This had a negative impact on my trip.
