Pool, jacuzzi
The TV quit working, couldn’t get anyone to get it turned on, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the lites in the bathroom kept shutting off, the toilet kept running, had to keep readjusting the ball and chain. They charge $18.66 per day parking which wasn’t advertised and are in the process of double billing me for parking because of their poor bookkeeping. No coffee or even tiny breakfast in the lobby and the restaurant food is overpriced and not good. Will never go there again!!!!!
Convenient location and comfortable room/bed
The 4th floor rooms smell like mildew and the carpets throughout the property are very worn out. Elevator is old and sketchy
The pool
No coffee in the lobby
Great location, very clean, very beautiful surroundings very friendly staff
Nothing
Easy on and off the freeway access. The staff at the front desk during check in was very accommodating and professional. Clean and spacious room. Quiet even though semi near the freeway.
Room was clean, breakfast was good.
Having to pay for parking -- really people? Not to mention that it required scanning a QR code. I'm 70 years, have trouble walking, and DON'T DO QR CODE BULLSHIT. I asked at the front desk if guests have to pay for parking -- I've never encountered this before, and I travel a lot. Clerk said yes. I explained that I would really have trouble walking back down the slippery hill in the rain to scan the QR code, which I didn't know how to do, so he kindly added the parking fee to my room charge. Ridiculous. Would never stay here again because of this single issue.
The food was good
The room had a mildew moldy smell and we tried to change our room but they were full
Location amenities
Fee for parking.. it’s out in the middle of nowhere with plenty of parking so I don’t know why typically big cities charge for parking
We really enjoyed the heated pool and the staff was inviting and helpful with recommendations .
Very quiet location
King bed in Rm 348 needs replacing. Worn out and had no support. Staff was great and changed my room.
