Very expensive for a mid location and experience. Very overpriced for what you get. Pictures make it seem more luxurious.
The rooms are very clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable
Not good food, pool is small and packed with kids. They didn’t have enough pool towels. It is OVERPRICED!
The lobby smelled like apple cinnamon. Staff friendly. Pool area nice. Rooms nice, microwave and fridge are nice to have. Great location.
Shower wayer pressure was a little low.

Weird that there was no hand soap by the bathroom sink. Would be nice if there was a garbage can next to the ice machine instead of people just piling up trash next to it. Pool could be a little warmer. No complaints about the room itself though.

I didn’t like that housekeeping knocked on our door before checkout time. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:00am when checkout time was 11. My family and I were still sleeping.
How close it was to the freeway

I went from paying $800 for my stay to nearly $1,200
Proximity to Santa Cruz. Grandson was graduating from UCSC early the next day!
Also couldn’t stay for breakfast due to early departure, so kitchen manager allowed us to go through buffet and box it to go! Very accommodating and very much appreciated!

Lots of walking involved and for old folks it was very tiring.
Elevators very slow to arrive probably because only one elevator.
Not enough coffee/tea in the room. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby in the morning; as most of us had to drive to starbucks for more coffee.
The lighting in the room was very poor, especially around the coffee making area. I had to carry the coffee maker to the bathroom so i could read the instructions and have easier access to the water and machine.
Beautiful property! Josh really helped us to clear up an error with our booking. This property and staff was very welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.
