Decent stay in a cheerful new hotel.
Pros:

Large comfortable room and bath. Quiet. Nice amenities.

Cons:

Basement view under the parking lot. Way too soft mattress (worn out?) and lumpy pillows.

I would call it a coin toss. Not sure if all rooms have the same issues.
Pros:

The location was great nice and quiet. Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get in and out of the property.

Cons:

The shower/tub could use some maintenance. Was not working properly and missing the plastic to the shower curtain. The trash can entering in the back near the pool was never cleaned the first day. So trash was overflowing everywhere on the ground. The bed for us was just not comfortable. We woke up stiff and had trouble sleeping all night.

Would not recommend. Parking charge was ridiculous too on top of the poorly kept grounds and rooms!

Old and outdated, dirty, grounds were over grown and not managed, wall paper peeling off walls, room was not clean, pet hair and human hair left from previous guest, sheets were damp still and the room was humid upon arrival due to the damp sheets.

Pricey parking
Pros:

Staff is kind and room is spacious but wow do they nickel and dime. Parking is paid only. Note that it is only $18 as listed if you book directly through Hilton. Otherwise it’s $25. There is no alternative parking, so if you stay here you must pay. Breakfast is pricey and middling. Will likely be shifting to another hotel brand after this, due to the parking experience.

It’s not worth the trouble.

Cons:

The TV quit working, couldn’t get anyone to get it turned on, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the lites in the bathroom kept shutting off, the toilet kept running, had to keep readjusting the ball and chain. They charge $18.66 per day parking which wasn’t advertised and are in the process of double billing me for parking because of their poor bookkeeping. No coffee or even tiny breakfast in the lobby and the restaurant food is overpriced and not good. Will never go there again!!!!!
