The location was nice. We booked reservations at the Peddler for our anniversary and it was a 2 minute walk. In heels, that was a plus. We walked to downtown Gatlinburg several times and it’s an easy walk as long as you don’t mind walking.
Our shower had mildew build up around the sliding door, chips in the bottom of the shower and the most annoying is that the shower didn’t drain. We had to quickly shower to keep from the water flowing over the side of the lip.
The creek running was relaxing to hear, spacious room.

Staff was terrible women at the desk cussed alot and was rude the most of the staff didn't speak English they were never at the front desk

It was old & dinghy. One very small elevator which was out of order after they put us on the 7th floor. We are senior citizens. Additionally there were bugs on the drapes & ceiling of the room.

breakfast buffet didnt cater for my dietary requirements (Gluten Free) so had to bring my own.
The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was nice watching the creek. And we got to see a bear.
We did not like that the ice machine was on the third floor because we are disabled and we stayed on the second. We did not like that they was not something to put the ice in in our room. And we was put by the laundry room which was loud.

The location was great! The room was semi-updated.
The woman working the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We had old hair on the walls of our shower. Breakfast had only one fruit, which was super old, brown bananas.
