Definitely a place I would stay again.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great, peaceful view of the river. The parking lot area was a little sketchy and dirty. The location was great and convenient.

Cons:

We were only given one washcloth, and there was 4 of us total. We had plenty of towels and hand towels.

Over all a good experience.
Pros:

room was big enough for all of us. good location, walking distance to everything. could allow kids to explore with out worry.

Cons:

we didnt realize you had no gym. one son was very disappointed in that aspect. He is a Gym rat. Pool was also closed.

Everything was good except the experience due to early check in request.
Pros:

Room was very clean. Location is good. Walkable distance to the town and to Ober mountain, Anakeesta, Skypark. Breakfast was very good

Cons:

I booked from Friday to Sunday. I did mentioned my check in time would be around 12-1PM when I booked. However, after reaching there, the receptionist didn't encourage early check in and made us wait till 3PM. It may be the Hotel Policy which I understand. But he didn't even check the system to see if there is any rooms available. When I came back around 2:40PM, he was already checking in other people. His behavior was so rude towards us. I don't know the reason, actually.

Loved it!
Pros:

Liked location on the river and walking distance to town. Loved the motel breakfast....pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc.

I won’t be back
Pros:

That it is close to the Gatlinburg strip.

Cons:

There was trash all around the property and the bathroom in the breakfast area/room was out of order. We had to go back up to our hotel rooms if we needed to use the bathroom!
