Pros:

Position is good. Breakfast is ok. The service people is good. Especially Edward is a good person

Cons:

Check in was so difficulty. We are group booking. If big group already came in and given the group name. Why Have to ask the person who made the reservation appear? We sent so many times of the group list. Our group member still can't check in and had to stay there for over 6 hours until the person who booked the hotel arrived in midnight

All staff were very good, happy to help out with any questions. The most helpful ones were Mr Rajugana and Ms Okasana. M
