Geweldig hotel dat niet zakelijk overkomt
Pros:

Ondanks onze zeer vroege aankomst was onze kamer gereed en konden wij er meteen gebruik van maken. Kamer was versierd vanwege huwelijksdag en later werden er ook nog fruit en taartje gebracht. Hadden panoramische junior suite met club lounge benefits geboekt wat heerlijk was. In zeer rustige lounge kon ontbijt worden genoten alsook volledige afternoon tea en tijdens borreluur royaal licht alcoholische drankjes met hapjes. Zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel dat onze voorkeuren meteen onthield. Ontbijt en diner in buffetrestaurant waren ook zeer goed verzorgd en overvloedig. Westers, Aziatisch, Arabisch en met showcoocking. Panorama liften tot de 40ste verdieping waren geweldig maar ook gesloten liften voor mensen met hoogtevrees. Directe verbinding met metro trein en Museum of the Future (absolute must, vroeg reserveren) via overdekte gangen. Zwembad groot genoeg met voldoende bedden omdat meeste mensen erop uit trekken. Je wordt naar ligbed begeleid dat met handdoek voor je geïnstalleerd wordt, krijgt een koeltasje met water en af en toe komt er iemand met gratis waterijsje langs. Er staan automaten met zonnebrandcrème. Badmeester aanwezig en ook deels overdekt bad zodat je uit de zon kunt blijven. Voldoende portiers die je vervoer kunnen aanbieden, taxi maar ook Bolt en Uber zijn uitkomst. Hotel sluit op begane grond aan op kleine shopping mall maar ook wandeling buiten richting zakendistrict is aan te raden, mooie beelden tuin met kunstwerken, prachtige gebouwen en (wederom) luxe shopping mall met diverse galerieën. Kortom heerlijk en luxe hotel.

Amazing Hotel, above the other well recognized brand hotels in Dubai, we have stayed at in the past!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, outstanding breakfast, great service, and everyone goes out of their way to assist you!!!!

Cons:

Our carpet was not bad, but it was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. NO A WARNING, BUT A MESSAGE TO THE ADMINISTRATION. When I go back to Dubai, I will surely stay at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers even if I get the same room.

Séjour très agréable en couple pour découvrir la ville de Dubaï et se reposer.
Pros:

Très bon service, très propre avec personnel aux petits soins, emplacement parfait proche d’un arrêt de métro. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petite terrasse extérieure pour prendre un verre avec une vue sur la ville.
