Hotel location: Right in the heart of DIFC and within walking distance to many international restaurants, cafés, coffee spots, supermarkets (Waitrose & Carrefour) and shopping options. It’s also a short taxi ride to Dubai Mall with metro access nearby which made getting around very convenient.
Room: Offered a great city view and room was spacious, featuring a large working area, king sized bed and lounge space. Amenities were sufficient, storage was ample and a Nespresso coffee machine was provided (though most capsules supplied during my stay were decaf). One drawback was the limited USB ports for a room of this size and there weren’t enough hangers initially, I had to request extras
Gym: Well-maintained as should be for a 5 star establishment, good-sized and equipped with Technogym machines. post-workout touches like infused water, Nordaq water, Nespresso coffee and green apples was made available
E-butler service: Inconsistent and mostly disappointing. When I requested help with reservations, the responses lacked clarity and initiative. For instance, when asking about booking assistance, they simply checked availability to reserve a spot only, however missed out that if I do not select the reservation option, a walk in option is possible. As a result, I missed out on visiting a spot I had really wanted to go to.
Another major issue was delivery handling. Initially, I was told the hotel could not receive deliveries on behalf of guests, then later informed they could only to have my deliveries turned away without consideration.
While I understand liability concerns, outright refusal to assist or even hold deliveries on behalf of guests was surprising for a 5-star hotel. This caused significant inconvenience, stress and additional cost on my end.
While the location and room quality were positives, the service experience received especially regarding guest assistance and communication was disappointing. With many 5-star options nearby, I would likely consider other alternatives with offers more flexibility and a more hospitable stay next time.
Great location, almost near and close to all your needed destinations with direct access to the Museum of the Future and the metro, which will make it easier to access the Dubai Mall and some nearby places
Rooms are very clean, staff are very welcoming, the rooms face the main road, but you can't hear any of the noise, inside the room, it is so quiet.
Service is great, food is good.

The staff behavior is excellent, consistently professional, and welcoming. The lobby atmosphere is elegant and comfortable, creating a pleasant first impression, and the restaurant offers a good dining experience with quality service. Overall, I enjoy staying at the property and appreciate the comfort and ambience it provides.

Good ! Just they charge us for our morning arrival, for the price We PAiD they should not have charge for 4 or 5 hours priori the check in !!

Location
Completely unacceptable stay. Loud nightclub-level music from the ground floor restaurant blasted through the hotel until around 3am despite multiple complaints from guests. We called reception at 11pm and were promised the volume would be reduced, it wasn’t. The noise continued for hours.
What’s worse is the staff showed zero empathy and didn’t even offer to move our room as a basic courtesy. We travelled specifically to rest before a half marathon and got virtually no sleep. A hotel’s most basic job is to provide a quiet place to sleep — this one failed. Would not stay again.
