Overall, despite the extraordinary external circumstances, hotel demonstrated great professionalism
Pros:

My stay at the hotel began on February 28, which unfortunately coincided with the day the UAE was attacked by Iran. For this reason, my feedback may not fully reflect the hotel’s standard operating conditions.
First and foremost, I would like to highlight the exceptional professionalism of the hotel staff. From the very beginning, we were treated with great care and support, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. Despite the challenging external circumstances, none of the hotel operations were disrupted. All services remained available, and at all times we felt safe and well looked after.
We stayed in a beautiful room on the 44th floor, offering an exceptional view of the city. The service throughout our stay was excellent and consistently responsive to our needs, especially given that our stay became longer than initially planned. Overall, the experience demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, resilience, and genuine hospitality from the entire hotel team.

Cons:

Given the uncertainty at the time and the advice not to go outside, the lack of an indoor swimming pool was challenging, and additional indoor entertainment options for children would have been greatly appreciated.

Best hotel we've ever stayed at
Pros:

Hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Jaw dropping interior. Large spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Delicious and rich breakfast. Amazing location. Free valet parking. They also offer beach access on Palm Jumeirah.
Bonus tip: make sure to spend some time in the hotel's library. It has a great collection of books and the most amazing view of the Museum of Future.

Estancia de lujo
Pros:

El personal es estupendo, las instalaciones de lujo, la piscina espectacular y las vistas. Puedes pedir un pase para pasar el día en el hotel jumeirah zabeel Saray en Palm jumeirah que es espectacular. Renata nos ayudó muchísimo y puedes contactar en todo momento con ella en español. El personal de limpieza es maravilloso. Sin duda volvería sin pensarlo.

どの観光地にも行きやすくゆっくり過ごせる素敵なホテルです
Pros:

大型のホテルと違い混雑が無く全て快適に過ごせました。建物の構造がよく考えられていて部屋の配置、エレベーターから見れる夜の景色が素敵でした。バスローブの質の高さも良かった。
初のドバイで他のホテルは知りませんが電気のスイッチがタッチパネルになっていて分かりやすかったです。カーテンの自動開閉なども初めてでした。電車の駅まで徒歩約6分、時間帯に寄っては交通渋滞があるので電車移動はたすかりました。

Cons:

ひとつあげるとすれば、朝食込みの代金で予約していました。チェックアウトが早朝なので朝食前にチェックアウトを先に済ませたいとレセプションに伝えました。スタッフは今、チェックアウトすると朝食代金は別で払う必要があると言いました。えっ⁈そんなことある？とびっくりしました。隣にいたベテランスタッフが予約画面を見てくれて今、チェックアウトしても問題ないと言ってくれました。予約内容についてはスタッフ全員が分かるようにして欲しいと思いました。

Outstanding Free Breakfast, Beautiful Hotel, Great Location, hit-or-miss with the front desk staff; all the other staff were very pleasant and professional.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was stained in high-traffic areas.
