No bidet
The location is excellent and staff are friendly.
The sheets were clean but I found two little bugs, couldn't tell what type of bug they were, size of an ant. There was a big space between the door and the floor, I could see the light from the corridors also could hear the noise from other rooms.
Do not provide us with cockroach in room 303. You have to give us compensation. There should not be any insect in the room!!!

Good service by staff
Good price and location. Air condition was set to 16 oC when I entered the room, but could be adjusted.
A bit noisy. There are two buttons to say the housekeeper “please clean” or “do not disturb”. Thats ok, but they are located just above your head when you sleep, and there are LEDs as indicators which I had to cover somehow. They are bright, annoying.
The room was clean, spacious and the air conditioning was just nice. I loved the shower. It was really as spacious as the room :); the water pressure was strong and the heat was good. I had had a fall in my home bathroom before checking in and the hot water in the shower was great as a warm massager for my hurting back for a few minutes. The housekeeping staff waved us goodbye and the check-in/reception staff and front desk manager were friendly, pleasant and courteous. This was my first time staying at the Oxford but it certainly won't be my last! (It is an old hotel but the rooms were well maintained. ) Great location too! Many eating places in the vicinity!
