Location. Nothing else though
The staff has a seemingly sociopathic indifference to the suffering of others. I was in extreme pain and could barely walk when I checked in. In contrast to people on the street, taxi drivers, etc, the person at the front desk didn’t offer any assistance. Later when I inquired about ice and ibuprofen and explained that I was immobile, I received no help whatsoever (I figured it out for myself with Grab). A kind hotel would have tried to help with these things. A smart but greedy hotel would have charged me for help with these things. Either option would be fine with me. The staff here couldn’t be bothered.
Also, the fixtures make no sense. The shower only stays in place if you solve the three-body problem and precisely balance an object on top to restrain it. The light fixture hovers over half of the bed, reducing its effective usable surface, and there’s generally no cold water.

The location is excellent being so close to Bras Basar station.
The reception area has very comfortable couches and is very pleasant.
The shower was very easy to use.
The room has a small bedside table too high and too close to the bed and I injured my hand in my sleep on the hard metal corner on the bedside table
The male staff came up immediately and repositioned the bedside table.
We got the run around with the female staff member on the telephone to book this extra night.

It is tucked away in the back of the streets . Not good value for money overall. Very outdated and there were no towels when we arrived in our room.

Not much. It is in a central location but we had to bus to everything still.
It was wildly dirty. Our room smelled like pee and there was mold everywhere - we tried to cancel our second night because it was so bad but the staff were very unhelpful. We ended up changing rooms - this one didn’t smell like pee but still had mold everywhere and a large gap under the door so you could hear everything happening in the hall way.
Very friendly and helpful staff and great customer service! Great location easy to connect to trains for all directions. Convenient to food and shopping places!

The Front Office Fizrdaus he very rude and the way talk with guest very disrespectful. I'm just late 10min to c/out he can talk nicely he say will charge $30 and talk very loud.
